So this blog is from the heart and is dedicated to all of you guys in Lifepath Unlimited. For many years now I have been working with guys in Lifepath Unlimited, Wealth Master’s, and Soon to be Polaris Media Group. It has been a difficult run because not am I only responsible for helping individuals build a business which I have successfully done on a 7 out of 10 ratio, but I am also responsible for helping individuals regain their swagger, find their mantra, and recreate that positive mindset.
Have any of you ever heard a man call you in near tears asking for help ? Have any of you ever heard of a man who was so taken by their sponsor and I will not say their name, that they live in an incomplete home, with remodeling materials still on the floor ? But no contractor to finish the job, because well 25K dollars went somewhere else. Have you ever heard of the single mom soon to be grandmother who calls and says omg you are god sent, you are an angel for helping me build my business.
Now have you ever heard the success stories, a story of a college kids 3 weeks shy of graduating get evicted, later to turn the industry upside down en-route to millions in income ? Great story, and it’s true. How about a husband and wife team who was so sick and tired of spinning their wheels that they took progressive action en-route to 125k in their first year. Or how about a man who had his first child and everything this industry stood for was the reason why he sought to give his baby a better life than he ever had. 7 months and 65K later he realizes how incredible it is to work from home all the while seeing his child grow. I can bare witness to these things, as I have helped many individuals with similar stories, and in fact, before I became Contempo. I was that college kid who took a gamble on this industry, later to find that rent was much more difficult to pay after you fork over nearly 2 grand to a person I barely knew.
Just like many whom I have helped I was also once naive, holding every so called leader and “fact” questionable, scrutinizing every proven system and it’s faults. Scrutinizing myself as my positive mindset was shattered by my own ignorance and incompetence of this industry. From 21 to the ripe age of 28, all things have changed, through hard work, persistence and thirst for success, I made it happen, and then learned I could do it for others.
This industry is in love with tools, system’s, proven system’s, easy, quick money. This industry has certainly forgotten about elbow grease work. After all if you care to reap the rewards of 7 figures, you better be prepared to bust your ass. Otherwise you are sitting in an idle porsche that has so much potential, and thrill, but you will never understand that until you fill your tank up with good old fashion hard work. I guess the reason why many of my clients are so successful is because they don’t believe in bullshit, and I don’t feed it to them. I let them know immediately that Lifepath Unlimited is possibly the best thing to ever happen to them, but, and there is a BIG BUTT, a nice fat ass actually (sorry if this offended anyone) this but, or exclusion, or basic call for liability, falls on the individuals work ethic and desire to work and do as I say.
Guys why is my approach so successful ? Simply stated, because I do away with what does not work, and focus on what does. I bring the word BUSINESS, back into an industry that is so focused on BEING HOME. The home business industry is booming, it’s rocking, it’s the number one way to wealth, and Lifepath Unlimited is your ticket. So before you buy into someone’s super cool cutting edge system, ask yourself, how does this system benefit me ? Will it make me a big name in the industry ? Well that’s what branding is for. Will it help me generate leads ? Well that’s what the internet is for. Will it help me to support my organization all the while promoting the concept of individuality ? That’s what marketing education is for. Will it make me a better salesman ? Probably not, but an education will allow you to grow as the professional you are, and allow you to connect with your prospect, a connection that is a bit more elemental than simply joining a business. This education will help you position yourself as a leader, and realize that the hocus pocus, wish yourself a million dollars mindset through positive reinforcement, is a load of bullshit. Motivation is one thing, having the tools to spawn inspiration among others and most importantly within is another. To feel positive not because you heard this morning’s wake up call, but because you realize your inbox is full with individuals waiting to speak to you. Now that is something to wake up to every morning, and all the more inspiring, and all the more reason’s to stay dedicated to your business and team.
That is my opinion, just as I recant, LIFEPATH UNLIMITED, is possibly the best thing you have ever been part of. SO….What are you going to do with this opportunity ?

Lifepath Unlimited – Free! Pep Talk
Ok the emails keep coming coming in at record pace! and I feel that my duty to this industry is to contribute to the growth of others, as I have said many times throughout this blog that this is a people business! Actually, did anyone see the Super Bowl commercials ? As a marketer I took pleasantry in these 30 second onslaughts of laughter, mystery, and GODADDY, my god they must have bought the most spots. Ever intrigued by what the hell happens after the blonde masseuse rips her shirt open to show off her “godaddy tee”, and then the commercial directs you to godaddy.com for unrated content. Guys it is obvious godaddy is targeting the male audience as tech geek seems to be notoriously a male occupation. I go to godaddy.com to finish watching the skit, and oh man I laugh my ass off.
BUT WAIT, what does Danica Patrick and a half cute dumb blonde have to do with domain names ? Well nothing! but the viral effect, and the method of transit..”see the rest of unrated content on godaddy.com” which concluded each commercial was genious. From TV to Internet , this was the way godaddy created brand awareness, and well the next time you want to buy a domain name, or hosting. YOU OBVIOUSLY KNOW WHERE TO GO. Just my two cents.

Online Marketing Trends in 2010 – Important For Lifepath Unlimited
Below is the advise of several things to do to market your business. Under each category you will find ADVICE, followed by TEST, INVEST, or LET IT REST.
Test: Effectively means to try, test the platform, the rewards for testing are well ….um rewarding, as this method is still evolving and or time consuming. For those who are able to fully exploit the platform, there is plenty of gain to be had, but I caution, these arenas are meant for the pros. LIKE MYSELF
Invest: The internet is not controlled by marketer’s it is in fact controlled by the user. The user query or search habit is what dictate’s what works. NOT THE MARKETER, so if you are not investing in this platform, you are passing up an audience that could very well be interested in your product, or business opportunity. Lifepath Unlimited, along with top-tier companies like Wealth Master’s, or GRN (Global Resorts Network) each have a unique product or brand, the goal here is to invest in the platform’s that will adequately perform based on these unique products. For instance Lifepath Unlimited piggy back’s off the best selling book “THE SECRET” which was released back in 2006, this niche has become dated as we are in tadaaaa ….2010 guys.
Don’t you think “THE SECRET” is no longer a secret. We live in a day and age where AVATAR reigns supreme. Iphone’s do just about anything except get you laid. Microsoft finally got it right with Window’s 7. Kid’s love facebook, myspace is sooo 2005, “The jersey shore” has become an international destination, Twitter make’s it possible for you to tell the world “I am on the toilet, but oh man ran out of toilet paper.” We live in a world where Toyota calls themselves a Japanese car, but manufacture’s here in the US, NO WONDER THE PEDAL IS STICKING, they hired all of GM’s layoff’s…This is the world we live in..but wait, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, hell even HYUNDAI, have been able to adapt to an ever changing environment. Would you drive a Hyundai in 1999, NOPE, yet in the community I live in with median income at $100,000 plus, with median home value at $620,000, They are a soccer mom fad. WTF!
THE POINT IS…Time’s have changed, and so should your marketing, so without much more ranting about how so many marketer’s are stuck doing belly to belly sales presentations with Fred Flintstone, because they don’t know the super cool James Bond methods of marketing, I give you the following blueprint to what to invest and test, and yes lay to rest, in your marketing efforts.
Trend #1: Search Engine Optimization
Advice: Test
Sites with relevant content and credible links will continue to rule the search rankings in the coming year, but 2010 has the potential to reveal a few new standards. As the volume of web content continues to grow, consumers will demand even more relevant and personalized search results. That means search engines will be looking for more relevant and personalized content from publishers and brands. In fact, the search engine algorithms are already beginning to pay more attention to date of publication, geo-location, mobile device browsers, past behavior and social media content.
Don’t abandon your current SEO strategy in search of personalization, but make sure you allocate a portion of your budget to testing content, keywords and links that are targeted toward niche audiences. Test keyword and link placement in social media, local content and mobile websites, and make an effort to more frequently refresh some of the content you devote to search engine rankings. Once the search engines have tested these new search targets and revealed some concrete standards, you should be prepared to invest accordingly.
Trend #2: Paid Search
Advice: Invest
Paid search hasn’t seen a revolutionary trend since the idea of the long tail was applied to keyword bidding. That’s OK, because consumers will still use search engines in 2010 as a primary means of finding products and services to fulfill their needs, and they will still be clicking on relevant ads. Search advertising prices will remain reasonable, and average returns will remain comparably high as larger companies with decreased search marketing budgets continue to allocate resources to lower-cost SEO tactics in hopes of attracting visitors at lower prices. 2010 has the potential for even more downward pressure on price-per-click if Bing can gain enough loyal searchers to attract business away from Google.
You won’t exactly feel like you’re in the driver’s seat when your search marketing placement choices are limited to Google, Microsoft or both, but that doesn’t mean you should shy away from investing in the highly qualified leads that paid search is capable of producing for your small/home based business.
Trend #3: E-mail Marketing
Advice: Invest
It isn’t hard to justify an investment in e-mail marketing when the cost of sending e-mails is so low. The low cost isn’t the only reason to send e-mail, however. Most consumers still consider e-mail to be their primary form of communication, even though there are several alternative ways for consumers to subscribe to periodic content from your home businesses.
E-mail marketing will remain highly predictable in 2010 and may even become more powerful as e-mail service providers improve social media integration, search engine access to archived e-mails, auto-responders and new integrated applications. If you don’t already use an e-mail service provider, invest in one in 2010. If you already use an e-mail service, invest in your e-mail list and in producing valuable content to nurture leads and attract repeat customers.
The cost of building a permission-based list is likely to stay the same in 2010 as it was in 2009, but more than one-third of consumers changed at least one of their e-mail addresses in 2009–due to job changes or other economic factors. Spend more time and money in 2010 focused on keeping your e-mail list current when those consumers return to work and change e-mail addresses again.
Trend #4: Social Network Marketing
Advice: Test
Social media has one redeeming quality for marketers–lots and lots of eyeballs. That’s attractive if you’re a major brand, but profitable interaction will continue to be the exception for small businesses in 2010 rather than the rule. A good test of your social network marketing potential is to survey your current customers and potential leads to see how many of them consider social networking to be a primary form of communication. You should probably experiment with a Facebook fan page and a Twitter page if you find that a meaningful percentage of your current customers indicate an interest in following your business.
Make 2010 your year to test content that attracts repeat and referral business. Your current customers are more likely than total strangers to respond to offers posted on social networks because they already know you and trust you based on their prior purchases.
Trend #5: Blogging
Advice: Let it rest
If you’re writing a blog to help with search engine rankings or to inform existing customers LIKE I DO, you should continue to test or invest. If you’re blogging in an attempt to attract new prospects and convert them to customers, however, 2010 will be a year that exposes the blogosphere’s vulnerability to the law of averages. Converting prospects into customers depends on driving visitors to content that maximizes conversions, and that means your conversion rate is only as good as the content on your landing page. If that landing page is your blog and your blog changes frequently, your conversion rate is only as good as your latest blog post.
Instead of blogging to convert your website visitors into customers in 2010, work hard to test and develop great landing page content. When you find something that works, don’t change it. Need help with this call Contempo at 708-714-1680
Trend #6: Web Presence
Advice: Invest
If you want people to see the content on your website, it might make sense to advertise the location of your website content by placing ads on other high-traffic websites. Driving visitor traffic to your website isn’t the way to go for 2010, however. Instead, you need to spend 2010 driving your website content to the visitor traffic.
The difference stems from the fact that content aggregation websites like YouTube are boosting consumer demand for instant gratification and what I like to call “content nesting.” Content nesting allows consumers to browse through content fed to them through a single web page, or nest, so that they don’t have to click on links to individual websites all over the World Wide Web, which takes more time–not to mention that the results can be anywhere from unpredictable to shockingly irrelevant.
To take advantage of content nesting in 2010, your website content needs to be nested in as many content aggregation sites as possible. For example, a lot of people search for videos on YouTube. If you have a video on your website and it’s not also on YouTube, people on YouTube won’t bother searching for your website. To them, YouTube represents the total number of videos available to them on their topic of interest.
Trend #7: Mobile Marketing
Advice: Test
In case you haven’t heard, mobile marketing is all about marketing to people through their mobile phones and smart-phone devices. Small businesses haven’t had much of an opportunity to engage consumers on mobile devices, but 2010 has the potential to change that.
Demand is increasing dramatically for mobile applications and mobile web-browsing due to wider adoption of devices like the iPhone and the Google Android phone. As more people adopt these phones and features in 2010, look for small-business marketing services to start providing lower-cost mobile marketing solutions like text messaging, mobile e-mail marketing, mobile websites, mobile application development and location-based marketing.
Make 2010 your year to collect mobile preferences from your prospects and customers, and use tools like Google Analytics to see how many people are visiting your website on mobile web browsers. If you find interest in mobile interaction among your customers, begin testing simple mobile marketing campaigns such as sending a few mobile coupons via text or building a mobile micro-site for one of your products.
Trend #8: Podcasting and Online Radio
Advice: Let it rest
Online radio is actually on a bit of a growth trend, but that’s just because so-called terrestrial radio is suffering so much that radio advertisers are switching their investments to digital formats. 2010 will be a year of exploration for online broadcasters as they struggle to find and attract loyal audiences. iTunes has long been the leader in podcasting, but there are still no clear leaders in internet radio.
Even if leaders emerge in 2010, internet broadcasters will need to make their media more sharable, more engaging, more trackable and more mobile to attract money from advertisers. If you’re looking to attract an audience by broadcasting or advertising on broadcast media, go with online video in 2010 and wait for radio to finish reinventing itself.
Trend #9: Online Video
Advice: Invest
If a picture paints a thousand words, how many words does a 30-second online video paint? Countless buying emotions and memorable brand moments are possible with video. Until recently, spreading your message with video was limited to the television screen. In 2010, watch for video to become more accessible to small businesses through online outlets. Online video is interactive, memorable, widely accessible, cheap to create and highly shareable. There’s also a lot of investment happening around video, which is sure to create even more low-cost opportunities for small businesses to participate in video promotions in 2010.
Video presents a great opportunity for small-business marketing, but don’t think of video as a replacement for text. As powerful as video can be, it can be more cumbersome than text because you can’t scan a video as quickly as you can scan a page of headlines, links and text to quickly find the exact information you need. Use your investments to find the right balance for your customers.
Trend #10: Coupons, Discounts and Savings
Advice: Test
OK, this one isn’t entirely an internet marketing trend, but it’s important enough to mention because of the economy. 2009 was another tough year for retailers, and consumers are so accustomed to shopping for deals that they might begin to expect the plethora of deep discounts currently available to continue forever. If you’re engaged in heavy discounting to attract sales and survive the economic downturn, you’ll need to spend 2010 slowly weaning your customers off your lower prices, assuming that the economy recovers. Resetting expectations won’t be easy, so try swapping discounts for special privileges like loyalty discounts, free upgrades and other offers that won’t lock you in to price comparisons.
Internet marketing trends develop quickly, so expect many new and exciting trends to emerge in 2010. Don’t be too quick to jump on new bandwagons because consumers move more slowly than marketers and technology. Stay focused on attracting repeat business, deepening your customer relationships and solving problems for people. Those are the trends that never fail small businesses.

Marketing With The Right Landing Page – Important Lifepath
I have spent the better portion of the night, currently 6 am est and I have gotten no sleep, creating a full scale system that is meant to capture the lead information, but engage them in an immersible experience, that takes the prospect through several steps. In these steps the lead reflects on retirement and savings, and given a bench mark on how much is needed to be saved today in order to have built a descent nest egg. The prospect is then told to write down these numbers, and are funneled to an 11 question survey of which a back office has been built to allow you “the marketer” access to important questions and answer’s as they are submitted in real time.
In the final stages of the process they are introduced DIRECTLY TO YOU via a script I craft, this script will be conducive to brand affiliation, recognition, and a much more beneficial prospecting call. In this final phase the prospect is also given more information, granted your business allows us to link to compensation plans and such. For lifepath unlimited reps, I understand new company policy thus, I have begun creating my own interactive compensation video,
The demo of this system can be found below, but before you click through understand that this landing page tied into one of my tested adwords campaigns have recorded 80 leads in 4 hours, with an average lead visit of 11 minutes. That is how interactive and immersible this system is, and yet I am still in development.

Lifepath Unlimited Leads- And Google Adwords…
Ask any successful online marketer and they will tell you. Google Adwords is a must. Ask any unsuccessful online marketer, and they will tell you Google Adwords is expensive, as it cost an arm a leg, torso and second wife.
The difference in opinion is rather obvious. One guy knew what he was doing to generate leads and sales, the other guy, DID NOT. The top income earners in lifepath unlimited use Google Adwords. Actually the top income earners throughout the home based business industry use adwords. Or to some it up PAY PER CLICK. Now I want you to think about all the leads you have bought some cost $5.00 others as high as $10.00. Some of these leads are re-sold, so you are the second third, or 20th guy who called, and well your potential lead, is within reason pretty damn irate, and ready to kill you once you get them on the horn right ?
Google adwords is different, in my many cases in working with many marketers we have found the cost per lead generated on google to be about 2 bux to as high as 7 bux a lead. The variants in price have a lot to do with what the landing page is trying to do, If a name, email, and telephone number is all you ask, then expect your cost to be very low, between 2 and 3 bux, if you are trying to sell something like an ebook or some download-able cure to BEING BROKE, expect your model to change to COST PER SALE, meaning how much marketing dollars did it take to generate 1 SALE.
In working with these kinds of clients who are attempting to SELL on page one I let them know that they should expect marketing to consume up to 60% of the product cost. Example, if your e book is selling for 100 bux, then you should expect to spend 60 dollars on marketing for every 1 sale. That is a 40 dollar profit, or a 40% return on investment.
And no matter if your product costs 40 bux, 19 bux, or even 5 bucks. Google adwords allows us to understand the marketing, and set budgets necessary in order to create profitable campaigns.
In my time in affiliate marketing, I ventured over to commission junction, found an e-book that retailed for $50, my commissions, were about 50% or $25. Before I begun any keyword research, I realized that I could only afford to spend $15 in marketing per product sale, so that was budgeted. I then found keywords that would keep me within my marketing budget of $15 to sell, leaving me with only a $10 profit from commissions.
Now this seems like an expensive proposition, BUT! If I did 4 sales an hour 24 hours a day 7 days a week, in true set it and forget it fashion. That would mean $40 an hour, $960 a day, $29,760.00 . Honestly my take was a lot less more like $14,000.00 profit over the month, as I did not market every hour on the hour. But in theory the example is there, and it is very realistic. JUST 4 sales an hour, none of that billions of billions of visitor’s and traffic that every guru talks about getting with their silver bullet method. For me slow and steady wins the race, but think about this for a second. That was just 1 product.
Now back to leads.
YOU GUYS ARE FUCKING LUCKY. I mean if you are generating leads on Google for just 4 bux a lead, you stand the potential to make $1000.00, are you serious ? So lets use the example I used above for my affiliate marketing. If I set a spend cap of 600 bux or 60% of my total commissions of $1000.00, I am left with a profit of $400.00, that’s freaking great, but then to learn how that new business associate can be up-sold up to $15,000.00, this really makes Lifepath Unlimited make sense.
But what if you spent 2 grand a week to make $1,200 dollars profit a week. that’s still a respectable $4800.00 a month in profit. But by god, you can still up-sale to as high as $15,000.00 in commission. With a theoretical monthly income of up to $120,000 a month ( assuming everyone stepped up, highly unlikely but if just person a month committed to destiny, well this business starts making sense right ?)
SO ALL THIS IS MAKING SENSE…BUT HOW DO YOU GENERATE THE LEADS THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO MAKE THIS MONEY
Using Pay Per Click Advertising and Search Engine Marketing Will Maximize Profits
One of the most effective ways to maximize the dollars that each customer will spend on a website is to collect as much personal information them as possible. An email address is a good place to start, but if a business can be more effectively advertised in print media, the owner might consider asking for the customers mailing address. This information can be gathered by including an opt-in page at the front door to a website which gives a customer the option to enter this information before continuing on to the rest of the site.
Now Landing page is VERY IMPORTANT, but Keywords are your bread and butter.
Without giving all the goods away I will share with you 10 keywords of a list of 533 that I use to drive incredible amounts of traffic to my clients sites…Remember this is for Adwords, but the results are incredible
Keywords: Below is a list of keywords and keyword terms used in Adwords, that drive great traffic and prospects
Business Scams: Now this may sound counter-intuitive but anyone looking online for a legitimate business will look for Business Scam. This is part of due diligence and preventive measure for anyone who will soon part with money, make sense ? YUP…A great keyword.
No Overhead or minimize overhead: Overhead refer’s to the overall cost’s of business operations. Given that most business people will seek to minimize overhead, or operation cost’s, this keyword is a great opportunity to introduce your business. With concentration on the measly start-up cost of $1700.00, this makes sense, because most business carry excessive overhead. So introducing a business with literally no overhead, to a businessperson who easily spends $1700.00 a month on liability insurance, property taxes, the lease, and much more. This keyword is great, if you are able to make your case once the lead comes in.
strong sales commission: this keyword is great at attracting sale professionals who love the thrill of the sale, and generating better than average income
Buy A Franchise: This is a self explanatory keyword. $500,000 investment versus $25,000, an easy illustration
Earn Six Figures: I get a lot of college kids, majority grad student’s who have too much equity but can’t find a job. This is also generation x who is very comfortable with the idea of debt.

Though matching these keywords to poorly made landing pages with poor ad copy will yield variable results, but guys know that keywords are not just for adwords, they are for your entire branding mechanism, so everything your page is or does or say’s has to be aligned with the specific niche you are pursuing.

Lifepath Unlimited – How Important Is Your Brand?
Since february 1st, Lifepath Unlimited, has adopted the YOU corporation, where the distributors are now forced to find themselves, their brand, and leverage the brand to help you achieve the business success you all have craved. Now branding is major functional component of marketing. I am “Contempo“, now what does that mean, well in devising a brand of which I prompt my potential clients, I had to find a way to adequately convey “cutting edge”, “new thinking”, “game changer”, “modern”, now considering cutting edge is an overly hype over used term in the technologies segment I took it a step further. Contempo synonym to contemporary, yet defined as “following or showing the latest style or fad”, I also had to consider if I could make it a “VERB” such as GOOGLE, you is the company, and brand, but have you ever asked anyone to GOOGLE anything ?, Google is a mainstay in homes throughout the world, and whether it is the US, CHINA ( still in question), Germany, Italy, France, the the brand and term has taken a life of it’s own. GOOGLE HAS BECOME A VERB…..JUST GOOGLE IT
, so with that in mind i thought.. hell can we “contempo” your business ? meaning align it with a more modern out of the box approach to business building and lead generation, and creative branding that is based on part proven methods and part new age thinking. All Lifepath is responsible for is to make sure they produce a product that you are allowed to sell, the same way Campbell’s, Kellog’s, General Mills, and all other companies produce a product and distribute through A LOCAL GROCER CHAIN or RETAILER.

Now that the economic downturn constraining growth for big brands in big markets has worn on for a few years, possibly indicating a longer term change, some new thinking has entered the marketplace. Creative brand marketers are beginning to aggressively embrace what would have been heresy not so long ago: synergistic branding…the intention of borrowing and sharing equity with other brands to reach new markets, connecting emotionally and intellectually with consumers. (SIMPLY SAID, NETWORK MARKETING)
A brand used to be no more than a physical mark, burned first into the skin of criminals as a sign of disgrace, then onto cattle marking ownership. It became a “distinctive name identifying a product or manufacturer.” But today, brands are alive. They bring tears to your eyes (Lifetime), call you to action (Nike), make you smile (Volkswagen). They are more than just a name; they are all that surrounds that name: brand and aura.
Brands are provocative forces that can evoke empathy or hatred. Working with a group assembled by Keith Reinhard on the crisis that is Brand America, I see a trend: While marketers have worked to ensure brand consistency around the world, the new information highway and individual points of view say that Pepsi, for example, cannot mean the same thing all across the globe. It depends on who you are and where you are looking from…and that’s personal and local brand perception. What’s associated with it-outside of it-helps determine the brand and its aura. Using Britney Spears in a Pepsi ad makes the brand hot in the USA and decadent in the Middle East.
Establishing and knowing your brand not only in its home market but also how it resonates in markets and with individuals in local communities wherever you want to be is the new game. Whether you are a mega brand client like Kimberly-Clark or a past Olympian, using your associations and the aura around your brand, not just your logo or product, matters.
Are you a brand? New York Magazine recently referred to Chelsea Clinton as a brand. She is, even if she isn’t selling anything…and so is her dad, and the Queen, and America. If you’re designing “You” the brand, consider what your brand is. Create an aura. Give yourself adjectives. Be sure the adjectives you assign yourself coincide. Make sure they are clear in your name, your website, your look and feel. Then, take a look in the mirror. How might someone outside your brand respond-someone you want to woo?
Let’s say you’re a consultant. Whether you’re selling to IBM or a sole proprietor, your brand must speak to them. Are you classic? Uptown? Downtown? Behind the scenes? Front row and center? Jeans or Celine? Whatever your personal brand, your logo, products, collateral presentations, and personal presence must harmonize, because if they don’t, you’ll lose your brand aura.
Remember the aura part: it’s a palpable messenger of “You,” the brand. If the only reality people respond to is what they perceive, then your aura is your brand. It is the feeling, the sense, the connotations of your brand-the things people respond to. You cannot avoid it, but you can harness it and shape it to your advantage.

My Conversation with Robin Firestone: Lifepath Unlimited
At this point I will say that I am not waiving the white flag, and I am certainly never going to waive the white flag to incompetence and individuals who bring people into this business but have no sense of leadership, integrity, or compassion. There is much aloofness in this industry when it comes to leadership and how to market. The purpose of this blog is to inform, educate, stimulate, and yes even at times protect individuals not from Lifepath Unlimited, but from the inept distributors who involve themselves in this great industry.
My focus is to empower, and stir the bucket if you will, in helping hundreds if not thousands of individuals find their voice, develop a brand, and most importantly market market market, after marketing = leads, and leads = sales.
Robin Firestone and I spoke last night. I will have to tell you the first 60 minutes were tense, 2 New Yorker’s in posture mode, making our case. The atmosphere was something like a tense moment at the pentagon, after Iran launched a Nuclear Warhead. If you are thinking Tom Clancy (a great writer I may add) then you are absolutely RIGHT!
But beyond the bullheadedness of two very postured, some-times arrogant individuals, we agreed to disagree. I suggested to Robin that my approach to the truth is, you are guilty until proven innocent, a notion Mrs. Firestone being a Brooklyn native knows all too well.
But then something gave way. Two “Executives” if you will, realized we were arguing apples and oranges. I am strictly internet marketing and will always be preferably biased. Internet marketing is what I know and what I understand, and what I do best. The success rate of the individuals who take part in my program can certainly justify why I am deliberately and purposely close minded to other methods of marketing.
BUT…
Robin Firestone is a different animal. Now the words of praise that are going to ensue from this point does not mean I give Robin Firestone the exclusive badge of approval, nor does it mean that her and I are running down a blue grass field hand in hand like lover’s or best of friends. What it does mean is I take my hat off to a woman who actually is brave enough to call me. Did Jeremy Miner come to his defense ? did Jen Lawlor come to her defense ? did Michael Hamburger come to his defense ? Did any of the so called leaders of present and past make at least an attempt to justify their methods? But here goes some New Yorker with swagger, certainly impressionable, and very very confident, who calls me to make her claim. We realize that her methods revolve around print media. Guy’s I admitted just a short while ago that I am closed minded outside the realms of the internet, and through my work and due diligence I find it to be the best mode of business building, and being admittedly ignorant to “PRINT MEDIA” I will refrain from judgment and furthermore any perceived slandering of the Robin Firestone name.
HOWEVER…
I am not a fan of co-ops, there I said it, for many reason’s shared on my blog, for the many reason’s that debilitated Jen Lawlor and her PlanBpros.com system, for the many reasons that Michael Hamburger jumped from Liberty League to Lifepath Unlimited, and now is heavily recruiting for Wealth Master’s all in a short 3 months…A WHORE…I say that kindly…A Network Marketing Slut…I say that kindly…and a LIAR and Opportunist…I DON’T SAY THAT KINDLY. The co-ops that were pimped and primed by LEHMAN HAILEY, the man who brought me into this industry at a fragile, naive , incompetent age of 21. The profanity that I can personally attach to that name deserves it’s own freaking blog, with an unlimited number of #$%^& characters.
IS ROBIN FIRESTONE DIFFERENT ?
I have to say the cynical New Yorker in me says “NO”, but the more compassionate, more open-minded, positive, Libra qualities in me say’s yes, a profound yes. Without glorifying her too much and believe me a woman who register’s a domain name homebusinessdiva.com does not need any glorifying, as her confidence, swagger, leadership, and yes her track record, does not need another fan on Facebook, still yet a fan, I will say that as a gentleman my hat comes off to her, her effort’s and whether she like’s it or not I WILL ALWAYS CALL HER SWEETY,” inside joke”, but imagine an enraged wife, and you call her sweety, yup get your helmet buddy, there just might be some flying objects.
In the end I take the conversation to be positive, I am a master of my craft the internet is my kingdom, I will rule supreme, but Robin Firestone’s is the ruling Matriarch in a land far far and away, Print Media, and co-ops are not my thing, but she is making it work for those in her organization.

I have spent a better part of 2 years blogging and helping lifepath unlimited distributors with real Search Engine Optimization, Paid Search, Social Networking, and branding strategies. The truth by the time the distributor comes my way, they are torn, and debilitated by the lack of success these so called system’s like videooptimize.com offers ( a whopping $2,200.00) system with no results, or the Jeremy Miner, Christine Jackson system that for $600.00 you get a website and 15 minutes of phone conversation, again no results, and how about the firestone’s who pitch their CO-OP, $500.00 a share, and after 11 to 20 leads per share you realize that your result’s are very expensive, not to mention that these system’s brand someone else and leave you out of the loop.
WTF is going on ?
By the time many of you read this blog, your heart is shattered, you realize that $1700.00 or $25,000 would have been better spent with a NON BRANDED NEWBIE who is hungry to build his organization thus, he would truly treat you like a partner in pursuit of a conglomerate that is composed of like minded innovative and productive leaders.
I SWEAR TO YOU I LOVE LIFEPATH UNLIMITED
But I hate the insincere, get them signed up at all costs approach by these so called top-income earner’s who do not treat you like a partner but more like a number, and that number is identical to the number reflected in their bank account after you have signed up.
There are many do-gooder’s in Lifepath Unlimited
Unfortunately they are very hard to find. I personally would like to believe that the lifepath unlimited reps of whom I work with have embraced their roles as life long learners, and are the true embodiment of a leadership, honesty, and integrity, that has for some reason escaped the conscious of these so called LEADERS. They have become arrogant and damn near foolish in not living up to their words of training and support.
That’s why this blog exists, that’s why so many come to me for help.

Ok new guy, welcome to this industry where the potential is incredible and the amount of money that can be created is damn near limitless, but those perks go to only those who learn a couple of things. First 99% of you can’t sell, and that is part of the problem, everyone is so tied on to a sales script that lacks results. Here’s a hint, don’t embrace your roll as a professional salesman but more as a professional problem solver. Your prospects or leads have an underlying “what and why” that you have to dig deep for in order for you to adequately offer the solution that is LIFEPATH UNLIMITED.
FURTHERMORE…..STOP THE CO-OPS and REPLICATED SITES
What I mean by this is avoid the trap that is offered the novice. The Firestone’s, Miner’s, and Field’s have you believe that they in fact have the greatest marketing systems, and in truth THEY DO, but the benefits ARE FOR THEMSELVES. Let me break it down.
THINK ABOUT THIS…
I Contempo have a site, or “marketing system” badged with my name, and full of testimonials of OTHER top income earners. I then recruit people into the business, and then offer my site (replicated of course) so that you can use it to market and generate leads, or I run a magazine co-op that I use with my picture, my name, my brand, to generate leads, business, brand recognition, but WITHOUT MY MONEY, because well (YOU) the LITTLE GUY’s ARE PAYING FOR IT.
SO YOU SPEND $500 for a share in a co-op that generates a little over 11 leads for the month, for a whopping cost of $45.45 cents per lead, oh yeah and your dollars are being pooled with maybe 50 other guys. Collectively that is $25,000 (500 dollars a share times 50 participants) all who know nothing about marketing, but holy shit, the owner or leader of the co-op is getting $25,000 worth of marketing and brand recognition ABSOLUTELY FREE, and you wonder why these so called leaders ARE SUCCESSFUL, while you are loosing your ass on marketing.

So you joined Jeremy miner, and he signs you up full boat and offers you the chance to use HIS SYSTEM. We all know that he has a product that he charges 49.95 for, it’s actually his bait product. The system nonetheless is somewhat effective.
Here’s the deal, you use his system, to generate leads, and holy shit IT WORKS…for Jeremy Miner that is…
You see, everyone using his system to generate leads is effectively promoting his program, his name, his brand, oh yeah and you get no peace of the pie. Now imagine 100 reps using the system, each generating 5 leads a day, that is in total 500 new leads (100 reps times 5 leads), of these 500 leads about 10% (or 50) will buy into the $49.95 program he offers, these numbers may be substantially higher but keep up and follow along.
So 50 sales a day at $49.95 that’s $2497.50 a day into Miner’s pocket (and you wonder why he can show you his merchant account with all that MONEY), oh yeah and umm he is the one building credibility with these leads, because they are reading, downloading, and listening to his products. So what stops the new lead from contacting him DIRECTLY, ohhhh boy what a waste of marketing isn’t it ? Yeah you generated a lead using his system, but you passed up $49.95, and a chance to build a brand or reputation.
VIDEOOPTIMIZE , LMAO ARE YOU SERIOUS…
So they send you a form to fill out, after you spend $2200.00, then they get a video script done for you, and then they are supposed to optimize it, for Search Engine Optimization ? Jesus do any of you know that SEO is a science, an art, that should not be alienated by some guy who claims to have the one shot silver bullet answer to your marketing woos.
BUT YOU GUYS ARE NEW, or JUST DAMN IGNORANT, and THE TOP INCOME EARNERS will always be top income earners as long as you are naive, and don’t figure your head from your ass. SORRY FOR BEING BLUNT, but come on this is ridiculous.

So Many of you stumble on this blog, maybe you are doing your due diligence ? Well sorry I am not a Lifepath Associate, nor am I an associate for any other company. I am just a guy who basically makes a point. This blog is about an education, this blog is about showing you how to build your lifepath unlimited business. So proof in point, Marketing is a dynamic Universe and even the super cool people like Lawlor get dethroned IF THE JUST SIT BACK AND FOLLOW SYSTEMS……..

So it looks like everyone is bailing ship from their original business opportunity to get involved in the pre-launch of THE TRUMP NETWORK. My thoughts in getting to the bottom of this:
I have done many searches on “The Trump Network” and cannot find any reputable references on CNN, or MSNBC, or Fox News.
Now I find nothing wrong with the business opportunity, there seems to be a product. There seems to be a compensation plan. But I just don’t find an actual endorsement from the “DONALD” himself.
As a professional marketer I looked for tell all signs. Now I am nowhere near the PUBLIC RELATIONS POWER HOUSE that is the WALKING TALKING Mr. Donald Trump himself. He puts his name on something and it’s gold, yes the man has the MIDAS touch.
But now we have something interesting to figure out and it is very obvious.
For those of you who are geeks like myself, and prefer to have the world in black and white, I ask this.
For someone with the MIDAS TOUCH, why in the hell did he not use his NAME as a KEYWORD, or in the DESCRIPTION?

By no means do I consider MLM to be a PONZI, but could you imagine the Media Outlets twisting and turning this thing IN AND OUT ? The man would go from REALESTATE MOGUL to MLM Piper…….oh what a JOKE!
Lastly the poor smugs marketing this thing. If you are going to stand behind a brand. Take this into consideration. The “Donald” only associates himself with the best…..He does things on grand scales, need proof ?

I have become grossly intrigued by The Trump Network, and decided to act as the Pseudo-Marketer for The Trump Network, as I am truly not marketing the products, and guys and gals don’t call me encouraging me to do so, because I would be a phenomenal asset to your organization. I have made my millions in this industry, currently diversifying my portfolio in a market as thin as Lindsey Lohan of 07. Needless to say I am betting the market will get fat again. Rossie O’Donnell fat, yielding great profits, but enough on me lets talk about you. The marketer, the professional, the NOOB, the one’s who see THE TRUMP NETWORK as a viable opportunity.
Now I received an email from a good friend. BJ Korchendorfer who explained to me the incredible opportunity THE TRUMP NETWORK PROVIDES.
Focusing on the business aspect (financial gains) of the business by means of recruiting individuals. This is how it is described to me
We have a brief presentation, online, by our Master Distributor, Gary Fincke. He has been with the company for 12 years and has worked with and known the 3 partners for more than 20 years.

The product offering is incredible however, I have not seen any marketing jargon on the net that will truly help THE TRUMP NETWORK distributor capitalize on niche marketing efforts.
So I decided to take a sneak peak at how this thing could be marketed, and expand the opportunity beyond the home business segment and truly gain market share on the health and nutrition industry. A 830 billion dollar a year industry, not including the health care segment.
So here are some results in my research, finding keywords that will help the distributor effectively “DIRECT SELL THE PRODUCT”

This is just a preview of the market for which Botanical Infusion Beverages can exist. The volume in search proves that Search Engine Optimization will yield incredible results. Pay-per-click will yield substantial results as well, however one must factor in marketing costs.

What we know from this and mind you this is just a preliminary scrub of the market, is that collectively with less competitive keyterms that the slihouette solution has a place in the market. This analysis does get much deeper but again I AM THE PSEUDO DISTRIBUTOR……LOL…..This should really open your eyes to the potential of DIRECT SALES, which TRUMPS (you like that right) the Home Business segment, as you are truly offering a product that people can relate to based on their health conditions.

For many struggling with Lifepath Unlimited. One has to look at their business practice. If it is just creating leads, leads, leads, with no information to syndicate then your business is set for the dumps in a 6 to 8 month period. Why ? well because when you approach a potential business partner, you must succumb to their right to due diligence. Jenn Lawlor, Jt Debolt among many others in this company who are DOING IT BIG, understand Syndication. Lawlor does it with her plan b pros website, funneling an army of individuals to use her replicated site. Jt debolt uses financialjetfuel.com. Dean Perrone uses Youtube and video syndication (I like this guy by the way, wrote his video script).
Now I am not advocating these individuals AT ALL what I am about to share is the importance of syndication, and you do not need the mechanisms of the former mentioned names.You just need RSS FEEDs, and a BLOG
Using RSS To Gain Backlinks
RSS (Real Simple Syndication) is an excellent way to build links quickly to your blog. The idea is that your blog has a feed with the thats diplays your latest posts. You can submit these feeds to websites and make them available all over the web. Done correctly, you can get your website quickly indexed by search engines and grab awesome links form all over the web.

All Network Marketing Companies….You Are Stupid.
LEADERSHIP
It is amazing that within many organizations the term leader, team leader, or top income earner, stems from the concept of getting fully positioned. In working with many distributors throughout the industry. I hear the same thing. YOU HAVE NO CLUE, emails abundant with questions. Telephone calls never ending asking “Contempo, how do I make this work?” unfortunately for many, success came from the very notion that they had to plunk down upwards of 24 thousand dollars. Pennies on the dollar when you consider traditional business costs, but unlike many other “standard” businesses, brick & mortar, or franchises. Hell McDonald’s has Hamburger University, and State farm insurance provides industry training to their insurance reps.
This industry lacks infrastructure, or true education. However, those who seek to be educated are the ones who garner experience and know how to build these types of businesses. They understand the power of social networking, of search engine optimization, of building brands, and of course the power of leverage. In many instances it is leverage or “leveraging one’s organization” that leads to phenomenal incomes.
Almost all Internet opportunities are built equally, as they all have one common denominator. INTERNET MARKETING, Reps are introduced to the ease of use. So simple even your infant can do it. Remember that E-Trade Commercial, the baby and friends ? Surely you would not leave your infant to buy 1 million shares of Fisher-Price
, or Nabisco…..ohh those oreos are tempting, but not worth my investment.
Point is this. Network Marketing is an incredible industry, there is much money to be made regardless of the opportunity. But as evolution suggests “Its survival of the fittest” the same applies to the Business Environment.
So where do you start. You start with an education and arm yourself with the tools needed to compete. Incompetence is a cancer in nearly all walks of life. In the social norms of the “institution” educators advise students to pursue advanced degrees, hell I was one of them, and if you call me a rogue vigilante of the “institution” you are right, as I was tailored to acquire the skill sets that would make me a model citizen, a middle class Samaritan, who would enjoy the typical 60k a year job.
When I got into this industry I quickly realized that the skill sets I acquired through education somewhat overlapped the skill sets needed to be a successful marketer, but resting on my laurels would make me a mediocre marketer at best, relying on proven systems like quicklister of liberty league, or Plan b Pros, or Lifepath Pro of Lifepath Unlimited, or any other automated silver bullet system out there, would actually limit my experience to grow and learn, ultimately limit my income potential.

LeapFish – The Seo Silver Bullet
Umm the title of this blog is a blatant overstatement.
The company is actively contacting potential advertisers to buy keywords for top positions in their search result listings for a flat fee—typical registration fees are reportedly around $1000 and there’s a yearly renewal fee of 5% of the amount spent —which would give them a “lifetime” guarantee for a top slot for that keyword, but they also get the opportunity to resell it later to another advertiser. Of course, this is only beneficial if Leapfish becomes big, and the chances for that are slim.
The premise of meta search engines is that the aggregation process digs up the most relevant results across different sites and technology platforms, all on a single page. What I want to know: if these meta search engines (and boy, are there many) deliver significantly better results or a greater experience than a Google’s or Yahoo’s core search technology can on its own, then why doesn’t everyone flock to them instead?
The answer: people don’t want to get as many search results as possible and they don’t care about how large the unindexed part of the internet is, let alone what they might find on this so-called “invisible deep web.” All they want is a quick, convenient way of obtaining decent information from a source they know and trust. to get what you need? (I can go on with this list forever, but ask Mark Cuban about how much that last one is worth).
Don’t get me wrong: I see the value of startups trying to improve search and driving innovation both on a technology and a business level, and I’m sure some will be able to compete and carve out their piece of the market. In fact, I hope some of them will. Because no matter what your opinion is on human-powered search, semantic search, vertical search, or social search engines, you have to admit several companies in that space are trying to push the envelope, often drawing attention from the big guys or keeping them honest at least.
Leapfish, is predatory, the look for marketers, or the next big company in network marketing. Lets say Lifepath Unlimited, or The Trump Network. They then call these guys up, yes the marketer or new associate in most times have never heard this thing before. So hear is a cool sounding leapfish sales rep selling the technology. Showing the potential new customer that how for $3,000.00 They can buy a key term, in this example we say “Lifepath Unlimited” , ok so now its where it gets interesting. The new potential client thinks they are buying the key word from Google, but they are not, they are buying it from leapfish. The company then says it as an userbase of 250,000….My question is, Home Based business generates 3 million searches on GOOGLE, why the FUCK DO YOU WANT TO LIMIT YOUR AUDIENCE to just a possible 250,000 users ? and pay a small fortune for a position and clicks you will never get.
Leapfish also needs to maintain their user-base which will not happen, as many of us hate to use the tool bar search unless it is truly the google toolbar in mozzila or the yahoo toolbar in explorer…..can we all agree we hate toolbar clutter, especially one for a search engine that is parasitic on novice marketers who think their business will explode. One of my clients in the trump network asked me to speak with one of her guys, I agreed, the gentleman began foaming in the mouth how other “TOP GUYS IN THE TRUMP NETWORK WERE GONNA JUMP ON BOARD” and how these ARE TOP MARKETERS, and that I, yes I, Contempo COULD NOT DO 90% of what he could do. Yup I could not make 90% of the mistakes HE COULD AND WILL MAKE if he doesn’t stop seeking the silver bullet.
BUT THE SILVER BULLET IS SO ATTRACTIVE, EH
Its shiny, metallic, i can see my reflection, so pretty, great luster…….That’s how all these marketing methods look and feel, what the masses SEEM TO FORGET IS THAT SILVER WILL TARNISH IN TIME…..and you are left with an UGLY PEACE of metal. You see the last time Plan B Pro’s did not understand the Go Green Initiative. The system then goes down, and the entire organization is left with money out of pocket, and nothing is moving. The promise they would find a new company to manage the marketing.
Honestly the problem was not the MARKETING, but the shear size and volume of which these leads needed to be generated. Also consider the management fee for this type of campaign. If she had 30 guys out of pocket for $498.00 you are talking about $15,000 of possible monthly spend, and the campaign manager will take a sizable $1500.00 or 10%

Now lead capture pages, The replicated variety, you know the one Jenn Lawlor gives you, or the whichever you pick up from Lifepath Pro. Do not give you the Search Engine Optimization power needed to actually make it a go. If you are using Pay Per Click marketing, you will find that you will pay a premium per click as GOOGLE does not like replicated sites, and the higher cost to secure a keyword is Google’s way of telling YOU BACK OFF NOW, or GO BROKE. I have seen unique sites bidding .70 cents on a keyword, while a replicated site needs to pay $3.00 for the same term. If at this point I am speaking CHINESE, then it is evident that you are not prepared to MARKET.

Create unique, accurate page titles
A title tag tells both users and search engines what the topic of a particular page is. The <title> tag
should be placed within the <head> tag of the HTML document. Ideally, you should create a unique
title for each page on your site.
Good practices for page title tags
Accurately describe the page’s content – Choose a title that effectively communicates the
topic of the page’s content.
Avoid:
- choosing a title that has no relation to the content on the page
- using default or vague titles like “Untitled” or “New Page 1″
- Create unique title tags for each page – Each of your pages should ideally have a unique
- title tag, which helps Google know how the page is distinct from the others on your site.
Avoid:
using a single title tag across all of your site’s pages or a large group of pages
Use brief, but descriptive titles – Titles can be both short and informative. If the title is too
long, Google will show only a portion of it in the search result.
Avoid:
- using extremely lengthy titles that are unhelpful to users
- stuffing unneeded keywords in your title tags
Make use of the “description” meta tag
A page’s description meta tag gives Google and other search engines a summary of what the page is
about. Whereas a page’s title may be a few words or a phrase, a page’s description meta tag might
be a sentence or two or a short paragraph. Google Webmaster Tools provides a handy content
analysis section that’ll tell you about any description meta tags that are either too short, long, or
duplicated too many times (the same information is also shown for <title> tags). Like the <title> tag,
the description meta tag is placed within the <head> tag of your HTML document.
Description meta tags are important because Google might use them as snippets for your pages.
Note that we say “might” because Google may choose to use a relevant section of your page’s visible
text if it does a good job of matching up with a user’s query. Alternatively, Google might use your site’s
description in the Open Directory Project if your site is listed there (learn how to prevent search
engines from displaying ODP data). Adding description meta tags to each of your pages is always a
good practice in case Google cannot find a good selection of text to use in the snippet.
Good practices for description meta tags
Accurately summarize the page’s content – Write a description that would both inform and
interest users if they saw your description meta tag as a snippet in a search result.
Avoid:
- writing a description meta tag that has no relation to the content on the page

Use unique descriptions for each page – Having a different description meta tag for each
page helps both users and Google, especially in searches where users may bring up
multiple pages on your domain (e.g. searches using the site: operator). If your site has
thousands or even millions of pages, hand-crafting description meta tags probably isn’t
feasible. In this case, you could automatically generate description meta tags based on
each page’s content.
Avoid:
- using a single description meta tag across all of your site’s pages or a large group of pages
Offer quality content and services
Creating compelling and useful content will likely influence your website more than any of the other
factors discussed here. Users know good content when they see it and will likely want to direct other
users to it. This could be through blog posts, social media services, email, forums, or other means.
Organic or word-of-mouth buzz is what helps build your site’s reputation with both users and Google,
and it rarely comes without quality content.

Over the past several years, more and more online business owners have discovered the importance of using web links as a way of boosting sales. Simply put, back links are links placed on another person’s website or blog site. The name comes from the link directing people back to a different website, i.e., your site. As an example, let us say you were looking at blogs that had a connection to the type of service your website offers. All you would need to do is provide a comment on the blog, which would include your website’s URL. With this, the blog now has a back link on their site, which allows people to click back to your site, thus helping to increase traffic and sales.
Back links are very important in getting your website noticed. Remember, the large, most powerful search engines work by ranking a website on keywords and phrases. These search engines will look at websites with lots of back links as being a place of importance, a site that knows what it is talking about, therefore making it the expert. This means that as back links are added, your website would begin to rank higher so it now becomes much easier for people to find when conducting a search.
Yes, creating and using back links takes work but ultimately, it is worth it. Best of all, the traffic that comes to your online business costs you nothing. The great thing about using back links is that you can use article directories whereby you would be allowed to add a simple resource box at the end of the article, which would include the website’s name, as well as the back link. Another great way to drive traffic is to ANTICIPATE NEWS, and have a prepared article.
Today: from CNN
“WASHINGTON (CNN) — Judge Sonia Sotomayor was expected to easily win Senate confirmation Thursday as two more Republican senators announced their support”
Now if you have a blog and this is very important guys, you can then write a post about SOTOMAYORS CONFIRMATION, as it happens. Basically CNN will have live coverage of this historical confirmation. If it is confirmed she wins, simply take your prepared article, talking about politics and quoting a few sources online about Judge Sonia Sotomayor
Then as the Title of your blog you can post JUDGE SONIA SOTOMAYOR CONFIRMED, JUDGE SONIA SOTOMAYOR WINS, or ITS A HISTORICAL DAY WITH JUDGE SONIA SOTOMAYOR.

You heard your sponsor talk about them, you have seen them on the net, you hear all these so called gurus claim they have a secret to tell you about your landing page, or PPC, but not without charging you some ridiculous 97 dollar fee or WORSE, a free sign up so you can get some cheesy emails about how this moron recently stumbled upon some secret and now he is some super talented marketing tour de force e.g Mike Dillard, and then sell you on some 250 dollar package all you guys SHUT UPPPPPPPPPPP. MLM MASTERMIND, SHUT UPPPPPPPPPP
Here are some TRUTHS NOT SECRETS ON HOW TO OPTIMIZE YOUR LANDING PAGE, SO GOOGLE REWARDS YOU with Better AD PLACEMENT, lower per click costs and ultimately lower cost per acquisition. I have managed many programs where the sales conversion was about 10% with commissions of about 150 bucks. Now 100 leads at 10 % equals 10 sales at 150 commisions, that equals 1500 bux daily. You 25K high ticket item folks should expect a 3% conversion which would make about 3k and theoretically up to 48K in commisions. With cost per acquisition or cost per lead anywhere from 4 to 6 bucks, Google Adwords is AN INSANE INVESTMENT WITH INCREDIBLE ROI, However I have guys who do not know shit of what they are doing and a cost per lead is in the 20 dollar range…..WTF……………SO NO SECRETS HERE, no 97 BUCKS for SECRETS, fuck man HONESTY IS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE RIGHT ?
OPTIMIZING YOUR LANDING PAGES……SHHHH, ITS NO LONGER A SECRET!
So you’re bidding on a keyword. You have the keyword in the title, description, display URL and destination URL. Your click through rate is over 5% and Google still says your quality score is poor? Your landing page has links to your privacy policy and your content is useful and relevant. So what’s the deal?
First of all it is important to understand that the Google AdWords quality score bot is not a person. It is a robot. It is unable to understand the context of text on a web page the way a human can.
The quality score bot does a reasonably good job most of the time, but sometimes we need to point them it in right direction. To do that, we need to structure our web pages semantically and structure our documents logically.
There are two very useful and free tools at our disposal when troubleshooting landing page quality scores. These are the W3 Semantic Extractor and the Google site related keyword tool. What better way to get information about what Google thinks your site is about then using a tool designed by Google to figure out exactly what your site is about?


What’s the problem?
Let me first start with an example of a landing page that does not correspond or relate to the keywords and ad text used.
The Keyword is: “Directory Submit”
Here is the ad:

They appear to be a perfect match right? Wrong! After 1 day of running this particular keyword/ad with this particular landing page, our quality score went to “POOR”. The CTR was was 7%. The words “directory” and “submit” appear numerous times on the landing page too.
When we run the site through the semantic extractor, we can see that this page does not appear to outline anything to do with a “directory submit”.

When we run the site through the site related keyword tool, our keyword does not even show up in the list of terms Google thinks is related to the page!

So what can we do?
The above example may seem familiar to you. If you have been “Google slapped”, the first thing you might do is complain that your site is obviously relevant and that Google is just out to squeeze you for every drop of cash you are willing to part with. First of all lets look at an example of what a good site/ad/quality score is:
Keyword(s) targeted: “Search Engine Marketing”
Here is the ad:

Here are the semantic extractor results for that page:

And here is the Google site keyword tool results:

This particular ad/keyword/landing page combination has our quality score at “GREAT” and our minimum bids at $0.01. See the difference?
We need make sure that we have our site marked up correctly. Use headings correctly , utilize at least the h1, h2 and h3 tags and make sure the content of each is related in the semantic extractor outline. So if your site sells shoes, your landing page heading tags would be made up something like:
h1 : buy red shoes
h2: best place to buy boots
h3: why red shoes are better than blue boots
This not only helps Google AdWords identify what your content is about for organic search rankings it also helps the quality score bot understand that your landing page is indeed related to the keywords you are bidding on.
While the above steps and tools are clearly not the only way to help Google understand the content of your site, they are free and a great place to start. The next time you get “Google slapped”, make sure you don’t deserve it.

Content Optimization
There are aspects of the optimization process that gain and lose importance. Content optimization is no exception to this.
The goal for anyone following this series is to build and optimize a website that will rank well on the major search engines and, more difficult and far more important, hold those rankings through changes in the search engine algorithms. While currently having a bunch of incoming links from high PageRank sites will do well for you on Google you must consider what will happen to your rankings when the weight given to incoming links drops, or how your website fares on search engines other than Google that don’t place the same emphasis on incoming links.
While there are many characteristics of your content that are in the algorithmic calculations, there are a few that consistently hold relatively high priority such as the following
- Heading Tags
- Special Text (bold, colored, etc.)
- Inline Text Links
- Keyword Density
Heading Tags
The heading tag (for those who don’t already know) is code used to specify to the visitor and to the search engines what the topic is of your page and/or subsections of it. You have 6 predefined heading tags to work with ranging from <H1> to <H6>.
THE TITLE OF THIS POST IS CONTENT OPTIMIZATION, that is an H1
By default these tags appear larger than standard text in a browser and are bold. These aspects can be adjusted using the font tags or by using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Due to their abuse by unethical webmasters and SEO’s, the weight given to heading tags is not what it could be however the content between these tags is given increased weight over standard text. There are rules to follow with the use of heading tags that must be adhered to. If you use heading tags irresponsibly you run the risk of having your website penalized for spam even though the abuse may be unintentional.
When using your heading tags try to follow these rules:
- Never use the same tag twice on a single page
- Try to be concise with your wording
- Use heading tags only when appropriate. If bold text will do then go that route
- Don’t use CSS to mask heading tags
Never use the same tag twice on a single page. While the <H1> tags holds the greatest weight of the entire heading tags, its purpose is to act as the primary heading of the page. If you use it twice you are obviously not using it to define the main topic of the page. If you need to use another heading tag use the <H2> tag. After that the <H3> tag and so on. Generally I try never to use more than 2 heading tags on a page.
Try to be concise with your wording. If you have a 2 keyword phrase that you are trying to target and you make a heading that is 10 words long then your keyword phrase only makes up about 20% of the total verbiage. If you have a 4-word heading on the other hand you would then have a 50% density and increased priority given to the keyword phrase you are targeting.
Use heading tags only when appropriate. If bold text will do then go that route. I have seen sites with heading tags all over the place. If overused the weight of the tags themselves are reduced with decreasing content and “priority” being given to different phrases at various points in the content. If you have so much great content that you feel you need to use many heading tags you should consider dividing the content up into multiple pages, each with its own tag and keyword target possibilities. For the most part, rather than using additional heading tags, bolding the content will suffice. The sizing will be kept the same as your usual text and it will stand out to the reader as part of the text but with added importance.
Don’t use CSS to mask heading tags. This one just drives me nuts and is unnecessary. Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) serve many great functions. They can be used to define how a site functions, looks and feels however they can also be used to mislead search engines and visitors alike. Each tags has a default look and feel. It is fine to use CSS to adjust this somewhat to fit how you want your site to look. What is not alright is to adjust the look and feel to mislead search engines. It is a simple enough task to define in CSS that your heading should appear as regular text. Some unethical SEO’s will also then place their style sheet in a folder that is hidden from the search engine spiders. This is secure enough until your competitors look at the cached copy of your page (and they undoubtedly will at some point) see that you have hidden heading tags and report you to the search engines as spamming. It’s an unnecessary risk that you don’t need to take. Use your headings properly and you’ll do just fine.
Special Text
“Special text” (as it is used here) special is any content on your page that is set to stand out from the rest. This includes bold, underlined, colored, highlighted, sizing and italic. This text is given weight higher than standard content and rightfully so. Bold text, for example, is generally used to define sub-headings (see above), or to pull content out on a page to insure the visitor reads it. The same can be said for the other “special text” definitions.
Search engines have thus been programmed to read this as more important than the rest of the content and will give it increased weight. For example, on our homepage we begin the content with “Beanstalk Search Engine Optimization …” and have chosen to bold this text. This serves two purposes. The first is to draw the eye to these words and further reinforce the “brand”. The second purpose (and it should always be the second) is to add weight to the “Search Engine Positioning” portion of the name. It effectively does both.
Reread your content and, if appropriate for BOTH visitors and search engines, use special text when it will help draw the eye to important information and also add weight to your keywords. This does not mean that you should bold every instance of your targeted keywords nor does it mean that you should avoid using special text when it does not involve your keywords. Common sense and a reasonable grasp of sales and marketing techniques should be your guide in establishing what should and should not be drawn out with “special text”.
Inline Text Links
Inline text links are links added right into text in the verbiage of your content. For example, in this article series I may make reference to past articles in the series. Were I to refer to the article on keyword selection, rather than simply making a reference to it as I just have it might be better to write it as, “Were I to refer to the article on keyword selection rather …”
Like special text this serves two purposes. The first is to give the reader a quick and easy way to find the information you are referring to. The second purpose of this technique is to give added weight to this phrase for the page on which the link is located and also to give weight to the target page.
While this point is debatable, there is a relatively commonly held belief that inline text links are given more weight that a text link which stands alone. If we were to think like a search engine this makes sense. If the link occurs within the content area then chances are it is highly relevant to the content itself and the link should be counted with more strength than a link placed in a footer simply to get a spider through the site.
Like “special text” this should only be employed if it helps the visitor navigate your site. An additional benefit to inline text links is that you can help direct your visitors to the pages you want them on. Rather than simply relying on visitors to use your navigation bar as you are hoping they will, with inline text links you can link to the internal pages you are hoping they will get to such as your services page, or product details.
Keyword Density
For those of you who have never heard the term “keyword density” before, it is the percentage of your total content that is made up of your targeted keywords. There is much debate in forums, SEO chat rooms and the like as to what the “optimal” keyword density might be. Estimates seem to range from 3% to 10%.
While I would be the first to admit that logic dictates that indeed there is an optimal keyword density. Knowing that search engines operate on mathematical formulas implies that this aspect of your website must have some magic number associated with it that will give your content the greatest chance of success.
With this in mind there are three points that you should consider:
- You do not work for Google or Yahoo! or any of the other major search engines (and if you do you’re not the target audience of this article). You will never know 100% what this “magic number” is.
- Even if you did know what the optimal keyword density was today, would you still know it after the next update? Like other aspects of the search engine algorithm, optimal keyword densities change. You will be chasing smoke if you try to constantly have the optimal density and chances are you will hinder your efforts more than help by constantly changing the densities of your site.
- The optimal keyword density for one search engine is not the same as it is for another. Chasing the density of one may very well ruin your efforts on another.
So what can you do? Your best bet is to simply place your targeted keyword phrase in your content as often as possible while keeping the content easily readable by a live visitor. Your goal here is not to sell to search engines, it is to sell to people. I have seen sites that have gone so overboard in increasing their keyword density that the content itself reads horribly. If you are simply aware of the phrase that you are targeting while you write your content then chances are you will attain a keyword density somewhere between 3 and 5%. Stay in this range and, provided that the other aspects of the optimization process are in place, you will rank well across many of the search engines.
Also remember when you’re looking over your page that when you’re reading it the targeted phrase may seem to stand out as it’s used more than any other phrase on the page and may even seem like it’s a bit too much. Unless you’ve obviously overdone it (approached the 10% rather than 5% end of the spectrum) it’s alright for this phrase to stand out. This is the phrase that the searcher was searching for. When they see it on the page it will be a reminder to them what they are looking for and seeing it a few times will reinforce that you can help them find the information they need to make the right decision.

An mlm lead capture page, is an art to itself, it is an intricate blend of science, hype, and a whole lot of bullshit. It has come to mind the deviation of the lead capture strategies employed by these so called “expert” marketers, whose Idea of a sales page is, SCROLL DOWN, SCROLL DOWN, SCROLL DOWN, and if you think my product is shit, then here are a few FREE BONUSES, that still ADD UP TO SHIT.
It is proof positive that a lot of these so called marketers KNOW NOTHING, they spend 30 paragraphs selling the same hype and rah rah, you scroll down further and further until your fingers catch a cramp.
I want you guys to know a little secret. The insurance industry uses landing pages as well, yet their conversion rates, visitor to lead are 25%, thats one out of four 1/4 people who land on their page, end up submitting thier info. WHY ?

So without further due I am going to share 7 tips to better conversions
Landing page optimization and testing can have a dramatic impact on your online marketing profitability. But even without testing you can quickly eliminate several common mistakes that can instantly skyrocket conversion rates.
These approaches work across a surprisingly wide variety of circumstances and industries:
1. Remove Choices
You should be very clear about your desired conversion action (whether it’s a sale, download, form-fill, or simply a click-through to another page). All other clickable links or choices on the page should be eliminated, or at least visually de-emphasized.
2. Keep Your Promises
Your visitors arrived from somewhere, and an expectation was set before they even landed on your page. This could have been in your PPC ad, a third-party blog posting, or a comparison shopping engine. Make sure that you understand the context from which they arrived. It’s critical to align the content of your landing page with their intent and expectations.
3. Don’t Be Loud
Minimize visual distractions as much as possible. Don’t use a wide variety of font styles, colors, and sizes on your page. Remove images and interactive rich-media content unless it directly supports your conversion goal and is a clearly superior way of conveying important information. Bland landing pages are often the best-converting ones.
4. Reduce Anxiety
Unless you work for an internationally recognized company, you have no brand-strength or credibility with your online audience. Do everything possible to reduce anxiety on your page by using safe shopping seals and other indicators of your trustworthiness. The logos of trade associations, acceptable payment methods, and money-back guarantee seals can all be powerful ways to make your visitors feel safer.
5. Enhance Affinity
People want to feel an affinity for your product or service. Transferring recognition or goodwill from other sources can help you reinforce their desire to act. Liberally use logos of well-recognized client brands. Add the badges of media sources that have covered or mentioned your company. Prominently display glowing testimonials from existing customers.
6. Have a Clear Call to Action
Make sure that you spell out exactly what will happen if someone fills out the form or clicks on the desired link. Don’t clutter the area around the call to action — let it stand out by its isolation on the page.
7. Cut Down Your Text
People don’t read on the Web. Study after study has shown that less content on a landing page leads to higher conversion rates. Ruthlessly edit your text down to simple headlines and short, bulleted lists. Cut out the self-promoting marketing speak that people won’t read anyway. You can link to detailed information on supporting pages.
Follow these best practices and your cash register will be ringing more often.

So now that we got the hard work out the way. I am here to prove that I am not the lazy ass that most would categorize me. Yes I am a millennial, yes I own an ipod, iphone, a blackberry, 3 laptops and never had to hire anyone to install my flat-screen home theater system, Geek Squad hates my kind, as I have yet to show any signs of grey hair, and remain resistant to their uber cool service such as PC OPTIMIZATION, Save that for the Generation X’ers ages (38+), Yes I enjoy free and use the internet to get as much free stuff as possible, microsoft products included.
I drink red bull, and lots of it, coffee seems just so benign in it’s ability to offer a jolt in my day. Coca Cola is great but Pepsi is better. I buy my furniture on Craigs list, not Crate and Barrel. I’m am wealthy, non of it created in the industrial age think “Baby Boomers born between 1946 and 1964″
I drive nice cars, save the Mercedes s550 for “the mature citizens and baby boomers”, personally I like to GO GREEN, and save green, as in green money. My college buddies can’t find jobs because baby boomers and mature citizens and yes even some gen xr’s have bad spending habits. NO SAVINGS, or simply could not keep up with inflation and simply refuse to retire better yet simply croak. Ladies and Gents, that kid you see there working at Starbuck’s is not lazy, he has a master’s degree in inter galactic quantum physics.
Generation X ers love to refinance their homes, Millennial’s can’t get a loan these days because of those fu(x)ers and have to deal with insane student loans. Baby Boomers realized their cripple days were ahead so they downsize from a ranch home bought in the mid sixties ($12,000), reap incredible profits from the moron generation x’ers who bought it for ($250,000) then bitch they don’t have money for medical insurance, but enjoy a country club membership with other soon to be extinct Mature Citizens and generation x’ers

Many many years and an IPO and Google has changed the name of the game. Enter keyword Search Optimization. Back in the 90’s when I was still in high school was when I was first introduced to the internet. The (www) or world wide web was the catch phrase. You saw hotel meetings with guys who would register domain names and build you a site for 50 grand, hell just having a site on the world wide web meant ka-ching ka-ching right ? ummmm NO! . It was a cyber real estate bubble waiting to happen, and in 2000 we saw the dot-com bust. Since then the landscape has changed. It’s no longer easy to create a website and call it cars.com and watch the people flood the gate. The environment has changed and the internet has become an encyclopedia of information. I want you to think about what I just said.

Ok I admit I am a Star Wars fan so cyborgs and A.I (artificial intelligence) is very real to me, now before you (x) off this page. I want you to think about what I am trying to illustrate.

So beyond this I would like to talk about keyword search engine optimization, as a practical method, of search engine optimization.
In the hay days of the internet the goal was to optimize an entire site for (specified key terms). Those days are long past us as Google seeks to offer optimal user experiences. Google knows that we the user base want information and want it fast and NOW! We don’t want to have to visit a site to then search for the information we need. We want to land on that information within a CLICK, this is the experience that the INFORMATION SUPER HIGHWAY was built on.
As webmaster’s and internet marketers we have to adapt to these changes, play by the rules, and if you are like myself, an individual who lives and breaths www’s and dot-coms we learn to comfortably exploit Google’s needs by understanding what keyword search engine optimization truly is.
Circa 2003 Blogs embraced the internet, providing content and dynamic learning environments. The very nature of “the blog” meant the end of “WEBSITE OPTIMIZATION” and the birth of keyword search engine optimization.Now you can find blogs that consist of content that ranges in spectrum. For instance, you will have a blog such as this, that has part focus on marketing strategies, part focus on home based business, and part focus on “keyword search engine optimization”
I will have multiple search engine listings for different keywords depending on my BLOG POST, so what is this telling me ? This is telling me that google indexes PAGES not WEBSITES.
But lets take it a step further. Google indexes PAGES based on CONTENT
Even further. Google indexes CONTENT based on KEYWORDS
So here is a great optimization technique.
1. Identify a keyword or key-phrase, example: Key-phrase = red car that goes fast
2. Build your content based on your keyword or key-phrase, example: Content = A Ferrari Modena is a red car that goes fast……..another red car that goes fast is a red porsche 911 turbo……………………….on and on and on
3. Build your web page based on the keyword or Keyphrase, example: www.xyz.com/red_car_that_goes_fast.html
4. Link from your domain (main page) example : www.xyz.com will have a link somewhere on the page titled (red car that goes fast) this link will then link to www.xyz.com/red_car_that_goes_fast.html
So now comes the google spider, it visits your main site, comes acrosss your new link, follows it, reads the page, reads the content, then reads the keyterm or keyphrase. Based on it’s analysis. Google will index your newly created page based on how relevant the keyword is to the USER EXPERIENCE.

The organization grew steadily, and then boom like a garbage truck smacking into the Leaning Tower Of Pisa, the whole thing collapsed. Why ? because this industry cannot support a team of morons.
They say an army is only as strong as it’s leader, and in this case the adage holds true. I am personally sick and tired of guys calling for help, begging for help, because they cannot escape the reality of the moron culture.
What is the moron culture ? well, that’s simple, you hear it go something like this, “We offer a complete proven training system”, or we will show you how to “make six figures in , the next 6 to 12 months” , so who is guilty of this ? nearly 90% of all people in this industry. Why ? because it is easier to sell a promise THAN A FACT.
It’s easier to sell a dream than learn how to truly market to individuals, and in the case of Jenn Lawlor, or Lehman Haily, or Tina Fields, or Michael Force, its easier to out right lie. False income claims, 90K a month yada yada, team leader, yada yada, team specific special training, it goes on and on. Some of these guys say they have incredible marketing systems and training, “yes ladies and gents” that is the ploy, they simply say “MY SYSTEM IS BETTER, MY COMPANY IS BETTER” and cry like a 3 year old feigning for Pepsi when you ask questions that any educated adult with half a mind would ask.
Its funny how these reps do not care to answer your questions, but come across my blog parading me with questions on how I plan to help their business.
I really don’t think I would be successful as a consultant if I said to the moron, “I HAVE A PROVEN SYSTEM”, fact is I don’t, but amazingly without a proven system. I am still able to help home business “professionals” generate sales. What I have learned in working with many people in the industry is that, they don’t know how to sell.
I recently did role playing with someone to firm up their conversational skills. The lifepath unlimited distributor followed the introduction, then asked me a few questions, then rambled on about the product, the billion dollar industry, how much they love the product ( yeah bullshit, 80% of you don’t even open the fucking thing) and then after the car salesman pitch of a lifetime I was asked to sit on a business overview call………The entire convo lasted about 45 minutes, and boy o boy did the poor chap put his foot in his mouth, as he could not answer this one simple question, honestly “How can you help me ?”
The Answer: Well our team has setup the best in training, as long as you don’t re-invent the wheel and follow my proven system you will be successful.
The Irony: The proven system does not work, and that’s why the son of a bitch hired me.
So what is my system if the proven system does NOT WORK.

Build a business plan, and a true exit strategy that is more elemental than the BUSINESS PLAN up-sell your Lifepath Unlimited sponsor offers. You see, there is nothing wrong with building your business at the $1000.00 commissions, this can add up to a lucrative 5 to 8 thousand a month is you know what you are doing. It also equates to a plausible 60 to 96K a year in added stimulus to your household. Now don’t get me wrong 5K commissions, or even 9k commissions sounds great, and for those who go full boat, there is no denying that a 16K payday a month can set you free of financial worries. But no matter what level you are at, you need a solid business plan, one that is structured around money making activities, education, and brand building.
Many of you in Lifepath Unlimited DO NOT HAVE A SOLID BUSINESS PLAN, or basically a business bible. Now to all my readers, despite my harsh language that that is nowhere intended for children under 17, I will tell you this. Business Consultants make a career out of structuring businesses. You need to make a career out of structuring YOUR BUSINESS. It amazes me how so many in this industry “Home Business” or “network marketing” treat their business with so much informality, yet they wonder why they fail.
The Lifepath Plan consists of mind altering curriculum, and I will have to attest it is a very powerful one, but hoping for business success alone is like hoping that 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and the powerball of 6 will win the BIG JACKPOT, highly improbable. So what do you need to be successful in this business. Well you need ME , ok bad joke but honestly.
What you need to build business success lies in the following….a very simplified plan that is much more elemental than the right mindset or stepping up to the highest level of your organization DREAMING that business will come to you with money in hand.
Now having prospects ready with money in hand takes skill, takes a coach, takes an active sponsor, yet I field at least 50 calls a day with sad stories about how someone’s sponsor doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls, and they know nothing about what to do with their business.

It also taps into the psychological aspect of sales, You see if someone is looking or researching ways to spend more time with the family or in this case “home with kids” , they are probably looking for a solution that keeps them home, or allows them more flexibility than a JOB. Make sense ? Sure it does
Fourth, Get out of everyone’s ass, what I mean by this is go counter-clockwise instead of clockwise like the masses. This helps in creating a unique brand and presentation, while everyone else is DUPLICATING a FLAWED SYSTEM, or basically following the tick of the clock.
So how do you do this ? By being natural, by being a professional, by staying true to who YOU ARE, and not compromising yourself.
Do not confuse insecurity with IGNORANCE. So many in this industry fall insecure or overwhelmed with how to truly build their business that they fall into the practice of duplication or following the alleged proven method, even though it makes NO SENSE.

How to Make Money In Lifepath, Wealth Masters Or Liberty League
As we begin our fall foliage, hey guys down south um sorry you can’t witness this spectacular event. It must be noted that the home business industry goes into Hyper-Drive, with sales 62.4% percent above average through any other part of the year. I would like to accredit this phenomenon to summer ending, vacation time exhausted, and as companies seek to make a great 4th quarter, jobs are cut, shifted, or people just really hate their jobs and want change. Ladies and gents this is the reason why people get started in a home business, among many other reasons, and frankly if they sign up with you and your business opportunity, don’ toot your own horn just yet, because the hard part has just begun.
The hard part is training the guy you just brought in to do the same thing. Oooooo how do I do that ? If you are using systems like Plan B Pros Or working the Michael Force training chances are you got lucky, or have found the system to be pretty inconsistent. I am not a fan of the simple click here and buy leads, or hey buddy just do some Pay Per Click and you should generate some sales. The flaw I find in these methods is that they don’t truly share with you the intricate details that formulate a full fledged marketing tactic.
I am currently working with Andrea Pokorny and Linda Schwader of WMI and Lifepath Unlimited respectively, though the businesses and products are different. The marketing strategy remains the same. If you care to, do a google search on Lifepath Unlimited, on the first 2 pages you will find the TOP DOGS, you will even find this blog. Do the same for Wealth Masters International and you will find all the TOP DOGS there as well. They are the 20 percent that generate 80 percent of the companies revenues. They trot around company events like rock stars, with an arrogance that comes from the success they have created for themselves. Jenn Lawlor, Michael Force, Michael Hamburger, Tony Rush, Jeremy Miner, Laurie Macintosh ( NO SHE IS NOT APPLE’s WIFE) These guys feed off the parade that surrounds them when they walk in the building. THEY HAVE A SECRET, that you the newbie would kill for. They say they are products of the system, however you are failing miserably. BUT WAIT A SECOND, why would a product of the system, create their own system and training ? Why are you not realizing the results that they are if you are doing the exact same hopeless things ? Placing free ads on craigslist, putting ads up on Monster.com or CareerBuilder.com buying leads and calling people that have absolutely no interest, OR MONEY, participating in CO-OPS that brand only ONE PERSON, and that person is NOT YOU.Joining Carbon Copy Pro only to get the same damn dismal results. The only thing you are doing right is BLOWING YOUR MONEY. Chasing one secret after another.
Everything mentioned above is the reason why you are failing. The definition of insanity is “doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” The TOP DOGS have a secret, they know they are not marketing professionals, and don’t care to be, they have either years of experience and a large learning curve, or have hired someone to help them market effectively. Your level of customer service and attention to detail is what will close the deal, not your cheap, diluted, confusing script. What is Really Going On TVI versus Lifepath Unlimited
RUNNNNNNNNNNN RUN FOR YOUR LIVES, I didn’t make money with Lifepath Unlimited because I am a lazy ass who expects my sponsor to do the work for me so I joined TVI express and just invested 250 bux and I am on my way to cycling and making 10 grand. WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THAT STATEMENT ?
You know this industry is plagued by losers who want to make money overnight, and will subject themselves to the most illegal of businesses in hopes of making money. Now I must admit I did do TVIEXPRESS just to test the claims and validity but my marketing cost me 10 grand to cycle 3 times which netted me 30 thousand dollars. Honestly I was curious, but after this cycle I opted out, why ? because there will be thousands upon thousands who will loose money in this system, why ? Because somewhere in my incredible ROI is the money of at least 150 people who will not make it.
Let me illustrate. I take $250.00 in effort to cycle and make $10,000.00 that means 40 people have to come into my leg in order for me to reach payout of 10 grand, 40 people times 250 is ummm 10 grand guys. So while everyone is chanting I AM MAKING MONEY, you are doing so at the expense of failure of others. Hey maybe payback is a bitch and you figure fuck everyone else I want my money, well that mindset will render you a fraud.
More importantly I get calls asking me the most legal way to NOT PAY TAXES, ladies and gents, wires transfers over 10,000.00 dollars automatically hit the PATRIOT ACT, meaning the banks are mandated to report that incoming wire to the IRS. OHHHHHH how will you feel when you get audited ? when asked where did this money come from what will you say TVI ? AKA money Launderer, AKA MONEY CYCLER, AKA PONZI SCHEME. Not only is tax evasion a federal offense but operation of a PONZI SCHEME in the continental US is also ILLEGAL. I wonder is Madoff is behind this thing as well. As for me I personally gave the money away to charity. I DO NOT FREAKING NEED IT, but gave it a shot, since you my readers had shot me email after email asking if TVI EXPRESS was the real deal, after several trials the ANSWER IS NO, for those who want to make money. MY advice is GET IN, CYCLE and get out before it’s too late. Don’t be greedy and re-invest your money’s in places like Citi-Bank which is set for a resurgence. Go ahead and do a search on Lifepath Unlimited and you will find all these Wealth Master’s guys marketing, or should I say bad mouthing Lifepath Unlimited. Now the fact that I am not a Lifepath Unlimited distributor does not mean I can not stand up for “GOOD” marketing. Is this what is all comes down too ? Bad mouth someone else so that their potential prospects can look your way ? I call it a flagrant cheap shot by these wealth masters, Is that the proven system ?
It reminds me of General Motors most recent campaign to compare their cars to foreign far superior products. It’s cheap, instead of putting out a quality product the ploy here is to undermine the superior quality of the next guy. This will not save General Motors, what will is providing a product that people actually want. Now Wealth Masters International has a totally different product offering than Lifepath Unlimited, so how can you compare ? What these ad’s focus on is the income potential, going as far as saying that Wealth Master’s International will help you generate more money because it is a better business. Ok Johnny so after you sign someone up what the hell do you teach them ? Polaris Media Group
The grand daddy has a child and well it’s called Polaris Media Group. As I was doing research I found a press release about a “NEW COMPANY” I say “new” and not “all-new” because this is a re-incarnation of Liberty League International. We all may know them as the BIG BAD WOLVES OF NETWORK MARKETING, in constant battle the likes of Emerald Passport, Coastal Vacation, Carbon Copy Pro, they even spawned the likes of Allen Nettles and Joe Neid, who eventually formed Lifepath Unlimited
“Liberty League International, a personal development company that assists individuals develop an entrepreneurial spirit and improve their lives, has a new name, a new look and a new line of entrepreneurial educational publications and DVDs. The new name is Polaris Media Group, the new look can be seen on their website”
Now what makes me excited about this company is the fact that “It’s New” with a new image and new presentation, you see what plagued Liberty League in the past was their inability to properly moderate their distributors, the company was a public relations disaster, and just like Web 2.0 was the catch phrase just 5 years ago, I had never heard of “AG” or Attorney General being so synonymous with ONE COMPANY, But there was no truth in this none whatsoever, the blogs, the forums ran rampant with false allegations. Representatives from other companies such as Emerald Passport and Coastal Vacations, began the false advertisements, very similar in what Wealth Master’s and Carbon Copy Pro are doing to Lifepath Unlimited. Polaris Media Group has new life, kind of like when Datsun became Nissan.
So what really get’s me excited about Polaris Media Group ? the new beginning the chance to do it right internally and at the distributor level. Their site looks great and if things are truly thought out the right way Polaris Media Group can certainly find themselves in a great situation. IF THEIR DISTRIBUTORS KNOW HOW TO MARKET.
Now I am not familiar with Polaris Media Group culture but I am very familiar with LLI, or Liberty League, and I will say this, it was not pretty. Having begun my young entrepreneurial career with Liberty League back in 2001 I realized rather quickly that there was a DIY subculture, one that hid within the shadows of the “WE WILL TRAIN YOU AND SUPPORT YOU” mantra. With great work and fortune I turned an accident into multi-millions, learning how to market and market effectively, learning to generate leads and do so effectively. Keyword Relevance – Generate Leads
When we talk about lead generation we have to talk about Search Engine Optimization, why because no matter if you are doing SEO or you are doing Pay Per Click, Google, Yahoo, and MSN have incorporated algorithms that help them fight against spammy websites and irrelevant content. When building a site, it is a good note that the Keyword should exist in the title and if possible in the domain name, In the description tag there should not be a keyword frequency of greater than 9% for instance, if your website description contains 10 words and 1 of those words happens to be your keyword, YOU ARE OVER BOARD.

Now for PPC we need to sort of understand, whats going on, because honestly if you are using GOOGLE adwords and have no real understanding of how you are generating quality leads at a low cost, YOU ARE BURNING THROUGH YOUR MONEY, and loosing business at that, even more frightening is that you will go out of business as you exhaust your marketing budget. So lets be smart about how we do this here
There are several different factors that affect Google AdWords Quality Score. It’s time to walk through each in detail and list the major contributing factors to each.First, it’s important to note why Quality Score matters. One’s Ad Rank(the position an ad shows on a search result or across the content network) is based upon max cost per click and quality score. The current formula is:
Ad Rank = [(keyword / ad group] quality score) X Max CPC
The reason keyword / ad group is in brackets is that for search the keyword quality score is used and for content the ad group quality score is used.
It’s very possible to pay less than your competitors and have a higher ad rank. Instead of raising bids, there are times when it’s more appropriate to raise quality score.
For keywords, every keyword has a quality score associated with it. So, when talking about the below factors, they exist at the keyword level. This is important to keep in mind when talking about ad copy (and possibly landing pages) as it will be associated with multiple keywords.
Let’s dig into the factors.
Click Through Rate on Google.com
- All time history
- Most recent history
It’s important to note, this is the CTR on Google.com only. The search network CTR does not matter. The click through rate on the content network does not matter. Google.com is the only search interface that Google can completely control and measure, therefore, it’s the only place where CTR matters (in terms of quality score, there are some other reasons CTR matters for ad serving).
The CTR is normalized by position. AdWords understands that an ad in position 1 is going to receive (on average) a higher CTR than an ad in position 5. Therefore, they aren’t going to penalize the advertisers in position 5 for having a lower click through rate than the advertiser in the first position.
The CTR is predicted by keyword. Search intent differs by keyword. The search term ‘TV’ is very ambiguous. It could be a search for TV repair, plasma TV, TV guide, TV instructions, etc. Therefore, it’s predicted CTR is low. There are times that a 2% CTR may be well above the predicted, and hence 2% could be a very high CTR. In other cases, 2% may be quite low because the term is very commercial, the user intent well known, and those search results could have CTRs in the 8%+ range.
All time history is used. A keyword’s all time CTR history within your account influences the ranking algorithm.
Most recent CTR history. The most recent impressions for a keyword matter more than the all time history. In essence, a keyword can always be saved’.
Ad Copy
How closely does your ad copy reflect your keywords? Ad Group organization is key to starting this process. Your ad copy should describe each keyword in the ad group. Each search has a different user intent, therefore, your ad copy needs to take a user’s intent for that keyword as it relates to your website in mind.
Does your ad contain the keyword? Of course, each ad can not contain every single keyword. Google understands themes, stemming, and latent semantic indexing. If your ad does not contain the keyword (the closest match), does the ad copy contain the overall theme of the keyword?
Note: the use of dynamic insertion does not mean your ad copy contains the keyword.
Quick Tip: If you split test ads, you can run an ad copy report that lists the CPC by individual ad. This may give you insight into how the ads are affecting your quality score.
Landing Page
The landing page is where a visitor is sent after clicking on an ad. Often, the quality score of a landing page and the usability of a landing page overlap from what is relevant to quality score versus what a business should be doing to provide a good user experience. Remember, Google thinks of searchers as their users, so they want them to have a good search experience so they come back to Google to search again.
The landing page should, just like the ad copy, contain the keyword or the keyword’s theme. It should also provide a unique experience for the user. Every time someone does a search, they are looking for an answer. Does your page help them find that answer?
A good example is a mortgage form. If someone searches for ‘3 year arm mortgage’, are you sending them to a mortgage form fill? Do they have the opportunity to understand the difference between a ‘3 year arm mortgage’ and an ‘interest only mortgage’?
Here’s a quick checklist for landing pages:
- Does your page collect personal information?
- If so, does it have an SSL certificate and a privacy policy?
- Do you have an ‘about us’ page?
- Do you have a ‘contact us’ page?
- Do you have relevant information to the search query?
- Do you have unique information?
- Do you have related content to the search query?
Account Quality Score
I’ll dig into the account quality score more in-depth later. However, the account quality score is used in the keyword quality score formula, so it’s important to define it somewhat.
If you think about all of your keywords and how many impressions and clicks each one received, you could ‘roll up’ your entire account into a single quality score. This is essentially how high (or low) of a quality your entire account has. While this has little impact upon the keyword quality score, it does have some influence. Therefore, under performing keywords can hurt your quality score.
Closing Thoughts
Once upon a time, Google used a straightforward CTR X CPC method of determining ad rank. This maximized profits. The higher your CTR and the more you bid, the more Google made from each ad position. Quality score doesn’t maximize short term profits – it a move to maximize long term revenue. Google thinks of searchers as their users. If a searcher has a good experience on Google.com, they are more likely to come back and search again, click again, and increase lifetime visitor values.
What quality score does is try to ensure that searchers are having a good experience. If you make decisions around maximizing the user experience, odds are you will be maximizing your quality score in the process. This is not only good from an AdWords quality score standpoint, it’s also good for your website as users are more likely to come back to your site when they have a similar question.
If you are using automated software to change bids based upon some criteria, you shouldn’t just rely on the technology to make all of your decisions, you should also make sure you have a high quality score so that the technology isn’t just changing bids for low quality score keywords and ad copy. Since PPC is the new SEO, how do SEOs do their work? I don’t think you’ll see too many good SEOs automating all of their decision making processes (some – yes, all -no). The same goes for PPC.
Quality score can sound intimidating. It can be frustrating at times. However, once you start to break it down into each factor, and then maximize each of those factors, it’s a very manageable process.
Your quality score is one of the most important items you can understand and improve to help your AdWords rankings. The higher your quality score, the less you are going to pay per click, and the more potential exposure.

Secrets To Lead Generation & Sales
Ok the title sounded cool, but these are by far NOT secrets, these are just basic internet marketing principles. Before I begin I would like to ask you some questions
Have you bought leads? Joined Co-ops ? had landing pages built for you that out off 200 people who visited only 3 became a lead for a dismal 1.5% conversion rate ?
Do you speak to leads that just don’t have the money or are ignorant enough to ask “Is this a scam?” well I am sure you have, but lets talk a little about expectations. The truth is in this industry the TIER 1 companies like Lifepath Unlimited, Polaris Media Group, and Wealth Masters International, require many skill sets. The likes of Jeremy Miner, Jenn Lawlor, Michael Force, and all the big names understand that working capital is the name of the game here but more importantly a specific skill set is required. Do you know how to sell ? Do you realize your script is ineffective? The point of getting quality leads is to have quality conversation, ARE YOU LIVING UP TO YOUR END OF THE BARGAIN ? Feel free to make the script your own, but guys you have to remember you goal is not to sell on your landing page, it’s not to sell on your first call, but to get them through an entire process from initiation to business overview call, PERIOD, again I just gave you a skeleton, however this can and will be very thorough. My process has recouped many sales for individuals who feel like they have lost a sale.
But now that we know your end of the bargain is somewhat better tailored to facilitate better quality leads. I have to ask you where do these leads come from ?
Well I tell you what generating leads by infiltrating another brand IS NOT GOOD. For example Wealth Masters like to use the Lifepath Unlimited Keyword. Though logically it makes sense to cross sale, what you eventually have are your competitors clicking your ad simply to see what the hell you are doing WHY ? because everyone believes SOMEONE HAS THIS SECRET, it’s not true, and more importantly MOST OF YOU ARE ON HUGE LEARNING CURVES.
So my advice to you is focus on BACK DOOR KEYWORDS, such as home with family instead of home based business, what this does is allows you to probe the emotional incentive of an individual looking online for ways to spend more time with family. If your page is highly targeted to that emotion, what you get is a qualified lead who really has a problem you can solve, Lets not focus on money or monetary gains, this is not how business is done on the front-line. Remember people buy because they are emotionally “incentivized” think of the current state of economy, people lived beyond their means because emotionally that meant a lot to them, LOGICALLY IT JUST DIDN’T MAKE SENSE RIGHT
So your goal is to market and probe the emotional incentive’s of an individual, another example is instead of the keyphrase “make more money online” you want to use a phrase such as invest in yourself, invest in your family, learn to grow and save, things like that, this again leads me to more emotionally tied leads, that in turn are more interested in your solution than the casual make “more money online” surfer
PPC IS THE PREFERRED METHOD,
HOWEVER STOP BEING LAZY AND START WRITING, a lot of people call me and say HELP HELP, write for me help me with my business, do this, do that, and though all things are doable, I have to understand you are committed to an education and yourself and that you are willing to learn the fundamentals of blowing your business UP. Don’t admire Jeremy Miner or these so called TOP DOGS because they found a SECRET, admire them because they are passionate about THEIR OWN SUCCESS, are you passionate about yours.

Google Adwords Says To The World, You Guys Are Stupid
Google Adwords, used to be umm stupid people friendly. Everyone in the home based business industry simply had to put up a landing page (1 page) or get a replicated website , or join a co-op, or pay some guru like the moron’s Carbon Copy Pro to build a site that would eventually get all their users banned from adwords. I would like to tell you about a woman named Andrea Pokorny, a Wealth Master’s representative, with a truly a unique story, though there is no room for that here, I would have to say in short an incredible person, an incredible business owner who can be reached at 715-225-1066. Beyond this incredible person, I didn’t realize that I took over the most handicapped adwords account ever thanks to Carbon Copy Pro.
Now off to the real good stuff.
November 2nd a call was made to Google regarding the account, I did not understand why her quality score was so low a (1) to be exact. I didn’t understand why her ads were rarely showing. Now as a pay per click specialist, I was puzzled, in my 6 years of managing ppc campaigns and lead generation I was puzzled and this is probably not the best thing to admit on a post. So with a personal contact at google, we spent over 5 hours, auditing her landing page and lead generation system. For keyword relevancy, keyword density, number of pages (ladies and gents a landing page can no longer be 1 page), what I quickly realized is that Google will treat your PPC like it was Search Engine Optimization, gone are the days where even a cave man could build a page and generate traffic, gone are the days where morons make millions of dollars online, and here is the kicker. The home based business, make money, network marketing, and mlm industries start off Google adwords campaigns with an automatic de-valued quality score, meaning the whole industry is handicapped.
The reason is simple, google’s customers are not the ADVERTISERS but the user’s, those who search Google for answers every day, and quite frankly the user base was bombarded by “opportunities” in every direction. Google had to stop this, and make marketing ever more challenging, why ? because there were just too many morons, making income claims, a new SEC infraction, too many morons using 10 dollar websites that were not optimized, too many

Lifepath Unlimited & The World Series Have Something In Common
Lifepath Unlimited and the world series have something in common, No Alex Rodriguez did not become a spokesman, No Lifepath Unlimited did not build a 1.6 billion dollar headquarters, and no Hideki Matsui will not translate the business calls to Japanese for market penetration. What I am talking about is the raging 56 thousand plus fans that showed up to the ball game. Now the Yankees are the new world series champs decided in only 6 games, I was actually hoping for a game 7 so that I could be part of history, new stadium, great team, a dynasty in the making, a ticket price in excess of 7 thousand dollars behind 3rd base, times that by 2 for my newly recruited Yankee fan, fiancee. 14 thousand dollars to be part of history, and I wasn’t budging, my other half confused as to why I would spend that much money, she at one point proposed about 14,000 other ways to spend my money, and I realized what was happening here. SHE DIDN’T UNDERSTAND THE PRODUCT………………IT’s the freaking WORLD SERIES MAN!
Ok, sure 14K would be burnt in as little as 9 innings or 3.5 hours, or possibly would have become the worst money ever spent if they lost, but that did not stop 56 thousand other fans from plunking down considerable cash for a piece of history, for a chance to display devotion and admiration for the BRONX BOMBERS, 56 thousand made it by bus, car, train, and ferry, all rather minute obstacles to witness such a spectacular event according to the mind of the YANKEE FAITHFUL, RedSox fans would have done the same, Dodgers fans, ditto, and for those interested in LIFEPATH UNLIMITED, for those involved in LIFEPATH UNLIMITED…the feeling of commitment and devotion is reflective of the very emotions and feelings that prompted crazed yankee fans to mortgage their home or visit a loan shark to get their hands on some tickets, THE EMOTIONS ARE JUST TOO STRONG TO RESIST. Which leads me to my POINT, oh yes there is a point………
WHO SAID THE ECONOMY IS BAD ? WHO SAID THE PRODUCT IS OVERPRICED? WHO SAID THE OPPORTUNITY IS TOO EXPENSIVE? WHO SAID IT’s A WASTE OF MONEY ?
Chances are it’s the next guy pitching some 49.99 waste of time, or it’s a prospect that failed to find any emotional attachment to the product and it’s ability to change their life.
Which leads me to another ELEMENT…..SALES MEANS SHIT, EMOTIONS MEANS EVERYTHING.
As a potential sponsor takes to the phone, the one goal they should have is to not make the sale, but find out what moves the individual, what makes them tick, what do they love, hate, and don’t understand, the goal is to interview while leaving your mark, ask questions that will forever separate your phone conversation from the next moron who pitched the idea that overpriced pancakes would make you a millionaire. Create a frame of reference that is much more elemental than “I have a great opportunity”.
The motto you are looking for, the feeling you are looking to evoke, is a feeling of confidence, the resilience to persevere and the individual opportunity to be successful. You conversation needs to be staged with these elements. Because if you are dealing with leads that say thats just too expensive for my taste, that simply means you did not do a good job taking them down that road of emotional attachment, they are not convinced that they themselves can succeed. So motivate the individual without the rah rah hype and bullshit, motivate them by having them reflect on themselves, and ask this question to them. How does it make you feel that at your age YOU CAN’T afford 1700 dollars?
What the Yankees proved to me is no matter the product, win or lose, the opportunity is always there to capitalize, but the sale has nothing to do with price, or product valuation, or cunning sales ability, it has everything to do with your ability to impact an individuals life enough to have them believe (just like the yankees captured my heart at the delicate age of 7), and at that moment, this person will invest in themselves, and finally see the value. Just like I would have invested 14K to have an experience that in my opinion would have summed up my entire life, as I would have been able to say proudly ( I WAS THERE)

2010 looks to be a bad year for some, including but not limited to Whitney Houston, Tiger Woods, Sarah Palin, and the Cleveland Browns. In contrary the turn of the year is like this industries BLACK FRIDAY, sales galore. Let me explain.
Northern Hemisphere – Will be in winter, the sun will set by 5 o’clock or about the time everyone leaves from work, it’s cold or usually colder than normal, we get fat from the holiday’s and depressed that our jeans no longer fit by January. We make promise’s we don’t keep and our drunken resolutions from the eve of the new year are dis-regarded. Hell I even think Jesus planned his birth for the 25th to give us to more festivities BEFORE MISERY SET’s IN.
The American people are given a new set of vacation days, but that’s not getting used until Summer right ? The nearest holiday of any substance is what Valentine’s day ? FootBall Season ends. Forget about any more partying until the summer season kicks off. Oh man let it snow let it snow let it snow, more backs will be pulled as driveways are feverishly cleaned so one can make it to work and drop the kids off, others will slip fall break a bone or two, and a few morons will take their first steps on a ski slope later to realize that hard snow too can cause road rash of the face, LOL.
So put it gently….PEOPLE ARE MISERABLE, WILL BE PISSED, and will be spending a good portion of their hibernating hours online looking for some form of government bailout for their pathetic lives.

Here is your marketing checklist, WARNING THIS IS LONG, but I am assuming you are very serious about growing your Lifepath unlimited business. If you skip this list and not read word for word, than you deserve to fail. The list below encourages REAL MARKETING techniques, not buying leads, or systems that just don’t work. I utilize this checklist for Network Marketers, Real Estate Professionals, Banking, and other professional services. Honestly marketing is marketing no matter the business, and my clients have learned that over the years. Search Engine Strategies
Perhaps the most important — and inexpensive — strategy is to rank high for your preferred keywords on the main search engines in “organic” or “natural” searches (as opposed to paid ads). Search engines send robot “spiders” to index the content of your webpage, so let’s begin with steps to prepare your webpages for optimal indexing. The idea here is not to trick the search engines, but to leave them abundant clues as to what your webpage is about. This approach is called “search engine optimization,” abbreviated as SEO.
1. Write a Keyword-Rich Page Title. Write a descriptive title for each page — rich in keywords you want people to find you with — using 5 to 8 words. Remove as many “filler” words from the title (such as “the,” “and,” etc.) as possible, while still making it readable. This page title will appear hyperlinked on the search engines when your page is found. Entice searchers to click on the title by making it a bit provocative. Place this at the top of the webpage between the <HEAD></HEAD> tags, in this format: <TITLE>Web Marketing Checklist — 37 Ways to Promote Your Website</TITLE>. (It also shows on the blue bar at the top of your web browser.)

Plan to use some descriptive keywords along with your business name on your home page. If you specialize in silver bullets and that’s what people will be searching for, don’t just use your company name “Acme Ammunition, Inc.,” use “Silver and Platinum Bullets — Acme Ammunition, Inc.” The words people are most likely to search on should appear first in the title (called “keyword prominence”). Remember, this title is your identity on the search engines. The more people see that interests them in the blue hyperlinked words on the search engine, the more likely they are to click on the link.
Competiton for search engine ranking occurs every day2. Write a Description META Tag. Some search engines include this description below your hyperlinked title in the search results. The description should be a sentence or two describing the content of the webpage, using the main keywords and keyphrases on this page. Don’t include keywords that don’t appear on the webpage. Place the Description META Tag at the top of the webpage, between the <HEAD></HEAD> tags, in this format:
<META NAME=”DESCRIPTION” CONTENT=”Increase visitor hits, attract traffic through submitting URLs, META tags, news releases, banner ads, and reciprocal links.”>
The maximum number of characters should be about 255; just be aware that only the first 60 or so are visible on Google, though more may be indexed.
When I prepare a webpage, I write the article first, then develop a keyword-rich title (#1 above). Then I write a description of the content in that article in a sentence or two, using each of the important keywords and keyphrases included in the article. This goes into the description META tag.
Next, I strip out the common words, leaving just the meaty keywords and phrases and insert those into the keywords META tag. It’s no longer used much for ranking, but I’m leaving it in anyway. I think it may have some minor value. So to summarize so far, every webpage in your site should have a distinct title and META description tag. If you implement these two points, you’re well on your way to better search engine ranking. But there’s more that will help your ranking….
3. Include Your Keywords in Headers (H1, H2, H3). Search engines consider keywords that appear in the page headline and sub heads to be important to the page, so make sure your desired keywords and phrases appear in one or two header tags. Don’t expect the search engine to parse your Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) to figure out which are the headlines — it won’t. Instead, use keywords in the H1, H2, and H3 tags to provide clues to the search engine. (Note: Some designers no longer use the H1, H2 tags. That’s a big mistake. Make sure your designer defines these tags in the CSS rather than creating headline tags with other names.)
4. Position Your Keywords in the First Paragraph of Your Body Text. Search engines expect that your first paragraph will contain the important keywords for the document — where most people write an introduction to the content of the page. You don’t want to just artificially stuff keywords here, however. More is not better. Google might expect a keyword density in the entire body text area of maybe 1.5% to 2% for a word that should rank high, so don’t overdo it.
5. Include Descriptive Keywords in the ALT Attribute of Image Tags. This helps your site be more accessible to site-impaired visitors (www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG20/glance/) and gives additional clues to the search engines. The ALT attributes do help get your images ranked higher for image search (see #12 below).
6. Use Keywords in Hyperlinks. Search engines are looking for clues to the focus of your webpage. When they see words hyperlinked in your body text, they consider these potentially important, so hyperlink your important keywords and keyphrases. To emphasize it even more, the webpage you are linking to could have a page name with the keyword or keyphrase, such as blue-widget.htm — another clue for the search engine.
Promoting your website through search engine optimization (SEO) helps business.
7. Make Your Navigation System Search Engine Friendly. You want search engine robots to find all the pages in your site. JavaScript and Flash navigation menus that appear when you hover are great for humans, but search engines don’t read JavaScript and Flash very well. Therefore, supplement JavaScript and Flash menus with regular HTML links at the bottom of the page, ensuring that a chain of hyperlinks exists that take a search engine spider from your home page to every page in your site. Don’t set up your navigation system using HTML frames (an old, out-dated approach); they can cause severe indexing problems.
Some content management systems and e-commerce catalogs produce dynamic, made-on-the-fly webpages, often recognizable by question marks in the URLs followed by long strings of numbers or letters. Overworked search engines sometimes have trouble parsing long URLs and may stop at the question mark, refusing to go farther. If you find the search engines aren’t indexing your interior pages, you might consider URL rewriting, a site map, or commercial solutions.
8. Create a Site Map. A site map page with links to all your pages can help search engines (and visitors) find all your pages, particularly if you have a larger site. You can use a free tools, XML-Sitemaps.com (www.wilsonweb.com/afd/xml-sitemaps.htm) to create XML sitemaps that are used by the major search engines to index your webpages accurately. Upload your sitemap to your website. Then submit your XML sitemap to Google, Yahoo!, and Bing (formerly MSN), following instructions on their sites. By the way, Google Webmaster Central (www.google.com/webmasters/) has lots of tools to help you get ranked higher. Be sure to set up a free account and explore what they have to offer.
9. Develop Webpages Focused on Each Your Target Keywords. SEO specialists no longer recommend using external doorway or gateway pages, since nearly duplicate webpages might get you penalized. Rather, develop several webpages on your site, each of which is focused on a target keyword or keyphrase for which you would like a high ranking. Let’s say you sell teddy bears. Use Google Insights for Search (www.google.com/insights/search/) or the free keyword suggestion tool on Wordtracker (www.wilsonweb.com/afd/wordtracker.htm) to find the related keywords people search on. In this case: write a separate webpage featuring the keyword “teddy bear,” “teddy bears,” “vermont teddy bears,” “vermont bears,” “the teddy bears,” teddy bears picnic,” “teddy bears pictures,” etc. You’ll write a completely different article on each topic. You can’t fully optimize all the webpages in your site, but for each of these focused-content webpages, spend lots of time tweaking to improve its ranking, as described in point #10.
10. Fine-tune with Careful Search Engine Optimization. Now fine-tune your focused-content pages and perhaps your home page, by making a series of minor adjustments to help them rank higher. Software such as WebPosition allows you to check your current ranking and compare your webpages against your top keyword competitors. I use it regularly. WebPosition’s Page Critic tool provides analysis of a search engine’s preferred statistics for each part of your webpage, with specific recommendations of what minor changes to make.
How to Promote Your Local Business on the Internet1
1. Promote Your Local Business on the Internet. These days many people search for local businesses on the Internet. To make sure they find you, include on every page of your website the street address, zip code, phone number, and the five or 10 other local community place names your business serves. If you can, include place names in the title tag, too. When you seek links to your site (see #15 below), you should request links from local businesses with place names in the communities you serve and complementary businesses in your industry nationwide.
Also create a free listing for your local business on Google Maps Local Business Center (www.google.com/local/add) and Yahoo! Local (listings.local.yahoo.com). That way your business can show up on a map when people do a local search.
12. Promote Your Video, Images, and Audio Content. Google’s “universal search” displays not only webpage content, but also often displays near the top of the page relevant listings for images, videos, local businesses (see #11 above), and audio clips. Therefore, consider creating such content appropriate to your business and then optimizing it so it can be ranked high enough to help you. For example, if you were to get a top-ranking, informative video on YouTube (www.youtube.com) that mentions your site, it could drive a lot of traffic to your site. For more information, search on “optimizing images” or “optimizing videos.”
Linking Strategies
Links to your site from other sites drive additional traffic. But since Google and other major search engines consider the number of incoming links to your website (“link popularity”) as an important indicator of relevance, more links will help you rank higher in the search engines. Google has a measure called PageRank that reflects the quantity and quality of incoming links. All links aren’t all equal. Links from trusted, popular sites help your site rank higher than links from lower traffic sites.
13. Submit Your Site to Key Directories, since a link from a directory will help your ranking — and get you traffic. A directory is not a search engine. Rather, it is a hierarchical listing of sites sorted according to category and subcategory. Be sure to list your site in the free Open Directory Project (www.dmoz.com), overseen by overworked volunteer editors. But if you don’t get listed right away, don’t be impatient and resubmit, or you’ll go to the end of the queue. A link in this directory will help you a lot.
Yahoo! Directory (dir.yahoo.com) is another important directory. Real humans read submission, so be careful to follow the instruction given. Hint: Use somewhat less than the maximum number of characters allowable, so you don’t have wordy text that will tempt the Yahoo! editor to begin chopping. Yahoo! Directory Submit (ecom.yahoo.com/dir/submit/intro/) requires a $299 annual recurring fee to have your site considered for inclusion within seven business days. Other paid business directories that might help are About.com and Business.com.
14. Submit Your Site to Trade Organization Sites and Specialized Directories. Some directories focused on particular industries, such as Network Marketing. You probably belong to various trade associations that feature member directories. Ask for a link. Even if you have to pay something for a link from the organization, it may help boost your PageRank.
Marginal directories, however, come and go very quickly, making it hard to keep up, so don’t try to be exhaustive here. Beware of directories that solicit you for “upgraded listings.” Unless a directory is widely used in your field, a premium ad is a waste of money — but the (free) link itself will help boost your PageRank and hence your search engine ranking. Such as with the keyword Lifepath Unlimited
SubmitWolf is a directory submission tool I’ve used with good success . You complete a listing form in the software interface. Then they submit your listing to all the appropriate directories they know of, plus links to sites that require manual submission. It’s a timesaver and works well. Just be careful to submit only to actual directories, not “linking sites.”
15. Request Reciprocal Links. Find websites in your general niche and request a reciprocal link to your site (especially to your free service, if you offer one, see #24 below). Develop an out-of-the way page where you put links to other sites — so you don’t send people out the back door as fast as you bring them in the front door. Your best results will be from sites that generate a similar amount of traffic as your own site. High-traffic site webmasters are too busy to answer your requests for a link and don’t have anything to gain. Look for smaller sites that may have linking pages.
Check out Ken Evoy’s free SiteSell Value Exchange It (1) registers your site as willing to exchange links with other sites that have a similar theme/topic content and (2) searches for sites with similar topical content. Additionally, two automated link building software programs stand out — Zeus and IBP Link Builder .Both of these search the web for complementary sites, help you maintain a link directory, and manage reciprocal links. However, use these programs to identify the complementary sites, not to send impersonal automated e-mail spam to site owners.
16. Write Articles for Others to Use in Websites and Newsletters. You can dramatically increase your visibility when you write articles in your area of expertise and distribute them to editors as free content for their e-mail newsletters or their websites. Just ask that a link to your website and a one-line description of what you offer be included with the article. This is an effective “viral” approach that can produce hundreds of links to your site over time. You’ll find lots of information on how to do this from the most popular article marketing site, EzineArticles.com. When you create a free membership account, they begin sending you instructions and ideas each week. HINT THIS IS JEREMY MINERS SECRET.
17. Issue News Releases. Find newsworthy events and send news releases to print and Web periodicals in your industry. The links to your site in online news databases may remain for several months and will temporarily improve traffic to your site and increase link popularity. Use a online news release service such as PR Web. Placing your website URL in online copies of your press release may increase link popularity temporarily.
Two additional linking strategies, discussed below, are to ask visitors to bookmark your webpage (#20) and to develop a free service (#23), which will greatly stimulate links to your site.
Social Media
Our next type of website promotion comes from the mushrooming field of social media, in which people are encouraged to interact with each other, and respond to each other’s blog postings and comments. You should be aware of four types of social media: (1) blogs, (2) social networking sites, (3) social bookmarking sites, and (4) forums. Don’t be upset if the distinctions between types of social media tend to blur. Social media help promote your site by sending direct traffic, producing links to your site, and generating awareness.
18. Begin a Business Blog. Want links to your site? Begin a business blog on your website, hosted on your own domain. If you offer excellent content and regular industry comment, people are likely to link to it, increasing your site’s PageRank. Consistency and having something to say are key.
19. Become Part of a Social Media Community. Some of the best online communities for business include Facebook (www.facebook.com), LinkedIn (www.linkedin.com), and Twitter (www.twitter.com). In addition, you may want to participate in a social bookmarking community in which members share with each other information about websites, articles, or news items that they like (or don’t like). These include Digg (www.digg.com), Delicious (www.delicious.com), StumbleUpon (www.stumbleupon.com), and Google Bookmarks (www.google.com/bookmarks/). Search engine spiders troll these sites looking for links to something new and relevant. You can usually place a link to your website in your profile, but the biggest gain comes when other people mention you (which generates traffic to your site), link to you (which increases your PageRank and brings traffic), or bookmark you (which increases your PageRank and brings traffic, see #21 below).
One important reminder, don’t join a community to spam them or talk incessantly about your business. Like any community you must listen, comment, and make a genuine contribution for the good of others. Don’t hog the conversation. Otherwise, your self-serving links and comments will hurt your reputation.
20. Promote Your Site in Online Forums and Discussion Lists — “old school” social media. The Internet offers thousands of very targeted e-mail based discussion lists, online forums, and groups made up of people with very specialized interests. Use Google Groups (groups.google.com) to find appropriate groups. Search online for blogs or other forums. Does SCAM.com or MLM.com Sound Familiar ? Hmmmm it’s a great way to get noticed
Don’t bother with groups consisting of pure spam. Instead, find groups where a serious dialog is taking place. Don’t use aggressive marketing and overtly plug your opportunity. Rather, add to the discussion in a helpful way and let the “signature” at the end of your e-mail message do your marketing for you. People will gradually get to know and trust you, visit your site, and do business with you.
21. Ask Visitors to Bookmark Your Site. It seems simple, but ask visitors to bookmark your site or save it in their Favorites list. I use a widget called AddThis (www.addthis.com). When you put the AddThis JavaScript on your webpage, it automatically determines the title and URL of that page. When visitors click the button on your page, they are automatically taken to a page that allows them to choose which bookmarking service they prefer, and then pre-populates the appropriate form with the title and URL of your webpage. I use AddThis throughout my website, as well as in my newsletters. If you have good content that people want to bookmark, this can generate hundreds of links to your site and significantly raise your rankings.

Traditional Strategies
Just because “old media” strategies aren’t on the Internet doesn’t mean they aren’t effective. A mixed media approach can be very effective.
22. Include Your URL on Stationery, Cards, and Literature. Make sure that all business cards, stationery, brochures, and literature contain your company’s URL. And see that your printer gets the URL syntax correct. In print, I recommend leaving off the http:// part and including only the www.domain.com portion.
23. Promote using traditional media. Don’t discontinue print advertising that you’ve found effective. But be sure to include your URL in any display or classified ads you purchase in trade journals, newspapers, yellow pages, etc. View your website as an information adjunct to the ad. Use a two-step approach: (1) capture readers’ attention with the ad, (2) then refer them to a URL where they can obtain more information and perhaps place an order. Look carefully at small display or classified ads in the back of narrowly-targeted magazines or trade periodicals. Sometimes these ads are more targeted, more effective, and less expensive than online advertising. Consider other traditional media to drive people to your site, such as direct mail, classifieds, post cards, etc. TV can be used to promote websites, especially in a local market.
24. Develop a Free Service. It’s boring to invite people, “Come to our site and learn about our business.” It’s quite another to say “Use the free kitchen remodeling calculator available exclusively on our site.” Make no mistake, it’s expensive in time and energy to develop free resources, such as my blog, but it is very rewarding in increased traffic to your site — and a motivation to link to the site! Make sure that your free service is closely related to what you are selling so the visitors you attract will be good prospects for your business. Give visitors multiple opportunities and links to cross over to the sales portion of your site.
E-Mail Strategies
25. Install a “Signature” in your E-Mail Program to help potential customers get in touch with you. Most e-mail programs allow you to designate a “signature” to appear at the end of each message you send. Limit it to 6 to 8 lines: Company name, address, phone number, URL, e-mail address, and a one-phrase description of your unique business offering. Look for examples on e-mail messages sent to you.
26. Publish an E-Mail Newsletter. While it requires a commitment of time, creating a monthly e-mail publication is one of the most important promotion techniques. It could be a newsletter (“ezine”), list of tips, industry updates, or new product information — whatever you believe your customers will appreciate. This is a great way to keep in touch with your prospects, generate trust, develop brand awareness, and build future business. It also helps you collect e-mail addresses from those who visit your site, but aren’t yet ready to make a purchase. You distribute your newsletter inexpensively using e-mail marketing services such as: iContact If you have a very small list, some of these services let you use their services free until you grow larger. Blogs are very popular, but don’t really replace e-mail newsletters. You have to go to a blog to read it, while an e-mail newsletter appears in your inbox asking to be read.
27. Aggressively Ask for E-Mail Sign-ups. If you want to get subscribers to your e-mail newsletter, you’ll need to work hard at it. Include a subscription form on every page of your website. Promote sign-ups through free whitepapers, e-books, or other products. If you have a local business, ask customers to sign up for your e-mail list to get “special Internet only offers.” Also ask other businesspeople when they give you a business card if you can send them your e-mail newsletter. While only the e-mail address itself is necessary, I always ask for a first name also, so I can personalize the newsletter and the e-mail subject line with the recipient’s name.
28. Send Transactional and Reminder E-Mails. A transactional e-mail is sent to an existing customer to initiate, remind, confirm, or thank the person. Be creative. If you keep careful records, you can send e-mails to customers on their birthday to remind them to return to your site. Subscription confirmation e-mails can also mention several popular products. You might remind customers that it has been three months since their last order and ask if it’s time for a refill. Thank you for your purchase e-mails can offer a coupon to bring your customer back for a future sale. Use your imagination, but don’t pester your customers. You’re there to serve them, not the other way around.
29. Send Offers to Your Visitors and Customers. Your own list of customers and site visitors who have given you permission to contact them will be your most productive list. Send special offers, coupon specials, product updates, etc. They often initiate another visit to your site. If you have a regular newsletter, you can include many of these in your regular e-mailing.
30. Exchange E-Mail Mentions with Complementary Businesses. You might consider exchanging e-mail newsletter mentions with complementary businesses to reach new audiences. Just be sure that your partners are careful where they get their mailing list so you don’t get in trouble with the anti-spam laws in your country.

Miscellaneous Strategies
Here are a couple of strategies that don’t fit elsewhere.
31. Announce a Contest. People like getting something free. If you publicize a contest or drawing available on your site, you’ll generate more traffic than normal. Make sure your sweepstakes rules are legal in all states and countries you are targeting. Prizes should be designed to attract individuals who fit a demographic profile describing your best customers.
32. Devise Viral Marketing Promotion Techniques. So-called viral marketing uses existing communication networks to spread the word exponentially. Word-of-mouth, PR, creating “buzz,” and network marketing are offline models. Promotion strategy #16 above, “Write Articles for Others to Use for Website and Newsletter Content,” is a kind of viral approach.
The key to the best viral marketing, however, is create something that generates buzz and is so cute / fascinating / fun / bizarre that it gets passed by viewers to their friends via e-mail and social networks — thousands of times — so that it propels more and more people to your website, and, hopefully, helps enhance your brand, produce sales, and ultimately boost profits. Internet marketers often seek to launch viral campaigns on Digg (www.digg.com) or YouTube (www.youtube.com). Digg is a social bookmarking site with such power, that if enough people “Digg” you, you appear on the Digg front page and receive a huge number of visitors in a few hours. If your video goes viral on YouTube, you could get tens of thousands of visits to the site you promote in the video. However, viral marketing is difficult to do well. None of the approaches described above is “free,” since each takes time and energy. But if you want to grow your business more rapidly, there comes a point when you need to pay for increased traffic. Advertising is sold in one of three ways: (1) traditional CPM (cost per thousand views), (2) pay per click (PPC), and (3) pay per action (PPA) or cost per action (CPA) approaches. Examples of the latter are affiliate program and lead generation programs. Banner ads get such a low click-through rate (0.2%) that I don’t recommend paying much for them. Banner ads typically cost about 50¢ to $1 per thousand page views, except on targeted sites. Do some small tests first to determine response. Then calculate your return on investment (ROI) before spending large amounts. Here are some methods to explore:
33. Advertise in an E-Mail Newsletter. Some of the best buys are small text ads in e-mail newsletters targeted at audiences likely to be interested in your products or services. Many small publishers aren’t sophisticated about advertising and offer very attractive rates.
More effective (and more expensive) is to send out an appropriate solo e-mail to the targeted list’s subscribers. These often get a good response.
34. Begin an Affiliate Program. Essentially, a retailer’s affiliate program is a CPA program that pays a commission to other site owners whose links to the retailer’s products result in an actual sale. The goal is to build a network of affiliates who have a financial stake in promoting your site. If you’re a merchant, you need to (1) determine the commission you are willing to pay (consider it your advertising cost), (2) select a company to set up the technical details of your program, and (3) promote your program to get the right kind of affiliates who will link to your site. Software and service companies are available to facilitate the process. The problem is getting enough affiliates who will actually work hard to promote your products or services. These “super affiliates” will probably consist of only 1% to 3% of your total number of affiliates.
35. Purchase Pay Per Click (PPC) ads with Google AdWords (adwords.google.com/select/), Yahoo! Search Marketing or Microsoft AdCenter (adcenter.microsoft.com). This strategy is way down the list, but it is vitally important. Most Internet businesses will want to explore using Google AdWords to drive targeted traffic to their websites.
These PPC ads appear on the search engine results page, typically both above and to the right of the organic or natural search engine results. Since they are keyword-driven, they can be quite relevant to what a searcher is trying to find. Your ranking in this list of paid text ads is determined by (1) how much you have bid for a particular search word compared to other businesses, (2) the click-through rate on your ad, and (3) your Quality Score, which reflects the relevancy and quality of your ad and the landing page it points to.
PPC ads can be a cost-effective way to get targeted traffic, since you only pay when someone actually clicks on the link. But I strongly recommend that you study this carefully and expect a learning curve before you invest large sums of money in PPC advertising.
36. List Your Products with Shopping Comparison Bots and Auction Sites. If you’re an online merchant, you’ll want to consider this. Shopping bots compare your products and prices to others. Some work on a PPC (Pay Per Click) basis, others on a CPA (Cost Per Action) basis, perhaps with a listing fee. Bots to consider include mySimon (www.mysimon.com), BizRate (www.bizrate.com/), PriceGrabber (www.pricegrabber.com/), and Shopping.com (www.shopping.com). Shopping sites that include comparison features include: eBay (www.ebay.com), Yahoo! Shopping (shopping.yahoo.com), and Amazon Marketplace (www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=1161232). You pay to acquire first-time customers, but hopefully you can sell to them a second, third, and fourth time, later on. Anyone thinking breakthrough or Destiny ?
37. Rent targeted, commercial e-mail lists. The last website promotion technique I’ll mention is renting targeted e-mail lists. We abhor “spam,” bulk untargeted, unsolicited e-mail, and you’ll pay a very stiff price in a ruined reputation and cancelled services if you yield to temptation here. But the direct marketing industry has developed targeted e-mail lists you can rent — lists consisting of people who have agreed to receive commercial e-mail messages. These lists cost $40 to $400 per thousand or 4¢ to 40¢ per name. Do a smaller test first to determine the quality of the list. Your best bet is to find an e-mail list broker (www.google.com/search?&q=e-mail+list+broker) to help you with this project. You’ll save money and get experienced help for no additional cost. Realize, however, that due to the high cost of renting lists, many businesses won’t generate enough businesses to justify the cost. Run the numbers before you invest.
Whew! That’s it. We certainly haven’t exhausted ways to promote your site, but these will get you started. To effectively market your site, you need to spend time adapting these strategies to your own market and capacity. Boohoo this post might hurt your business boohoo you can’t do shit about it, Jeremy Miner, Tina Fields, Michael Hamburger, hell even the Firestone’s. I know the first thing that will happen when you get a glimpse of this post is call your attorney, fortunately for me I’m a smart son of a bitch, and I know the laws of the land, freedom of press and freedom of speech is my defense. So boohoo if this post cost’s you business, I have no sympathy for you. Lifepath Unlimited is a great organization but people like you are damn near cancers, selling dreams to individuals about support, leadership and riches only to fatten your wallet, and then let the phone calls unanswered begin.
You know I love helping people, I do it everyday for lifepath reps who are so disheartened by the lack of morale and ethics you guys exude. Network Marketing is a great industry. Lifepath is a great company, and for those doing your due diligence let it be know that I think the world of Lifepath Unlimited, and I am not even a rep. I don’t need to be, but I sure is hell need to be the purveyor of truth, justice and the American way! Okay that was a little overboard but honestly. I get calls everyday from people asking for help, better stated BEGGING for help, wanting to learn how to market generate leads, and ultimately make sales.
For those who covet the Natural Selling Techniques, um let me ask you something. Do you think talking on the phone like you have down syndrome so slow and monotone is going to generate sales ? No! Jeremy Miner’s techniques are branded but his actual technique is a guise, to lies, promises, and that I WANT TO BE YOUR FRIEND, bullshit. I say fuck that.
Everyone who works with me goes through a major OVER-HUAL , from true prospecting training, to real lead generation, and finally to real support. I hate these guys because frankly beyond all I do, I also have to recapture a mindset for these individuals who come to a point of feeling that failure is there only option, and that walking away from the business is the only way to go. These people are actually walking away from 25K investments, sure that is a personal choice, but when you do not have support, and when you make someone feel like a victim but convincing them to cash in on equity or 401K goes well beyond thievery, actually there is a name for this called “theft by conversion” . Honestly the nerve of you guys up-selling these folks, and calling it a business plan. The nerve of you selling the idea of support and training. You know lets take this a step further. If someone paid 25K to you, THEY FUCKING OWN YOU, you are their BITCH, and you should be able to provide the support these people want and care for, wait a minute YOU SHOULD DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU WOULD DO.
So now it’s Contempo adopting these broken people, and getting their business on track, giving them real leadership, real training, real support, and they rally behind me because I am the only person who dare’s to tell it like it is. No pussy-footing, oh hail Jeremy Miner, Tina Fields, and the Network Marketing God’s for you are the chosen one’s to make 200K a month. Screw you, you are decimating this industry and tarnishing the very principle’s that Lifepath Unlimited was built on, and for the record 200K a month is merely 2.4 million a year, boohoo, I only make about half of that but at least I can sleep at night and know I am providing a true service to these Lifepath Unlimited reps, and this industry.

Look at the above pictures and take this LESSON, LEARN TO MARKET and PEOPLE WILL BUY. With 4 million searches each month under the home based business keyword, over 40,000 searches a month for Lifepath Unlimited, 10,000 for Wealth Master’s International. 27,000 for Carbon Copy Pro, and Network Marketing 450,000, ladies and gent’s there is an audience. The question here is do you know how to market your particular business to the right crowd.
Lets look at this mini-condo for a second. For those who call this couple senseless, and argue they could have bought more home for the buck. You have demonstrated the nearsightedness that plagues many in this industry. The couple plans on paying the mortgage in 2 years.

Then the possibilities really open up. This room can be rented out easily in the area as a hostel or even a hotel room for 120 a night. In New York City that is a BARGAIN.
This also illustrates something else in this industry. Most of you do not have plans. Some one please post their business plan. How about a marketing plan ? How about an entrepreneurial workshop for better business management? Sales training ? anyone have any of these ? If the answer is NO. Then you know why you are failing.
Though the purpose of this post was to illustrate that there is a product for everyone, it inadvertently leads me to the next lesson. What’s a “PRICE” that is socially acceptable to start a business ? why do I ask this question ? Well because on the blogs across the net, people commented on how foolish this purchase was in comparison to other homes, in the tri-state area, but do these same people call the guy driving an $100,000 mercedes stupid, when after all a kia and hyundai can do the same trick for 90K less, probably NOT, so the object here is to find a market group who can socially accept the price point of $1700.00 up to 25K for starting a business. I promise you, it’s not the mom and pop who just started their AOL subscription LAST NIGHT.

For those in lifepath unlimited, Wealth Master’s, Polaris Media Group, Carbon Copy Pro, and even you morons at IBUZZ PRO, who spam call people with the same stupid introduction, “Hi, I’m calling you about your business” (actually you guys at IBUZZ PRO, if you actually read the damn material on this blog you will yield to this warning, like Geico “STOP $%^&&*)# CALLING ME”) and everyone who engages with the ol’ switchero my business is better than your business. Let me ask you guys something. Are you 1 business long enough to make any money? Secondly I am sick and tired of “BUDGET MARKETING”, every one is trying to penny pinch because well they are broke or about to go broke spending hundred’s if not thousands of dollars on business’s and “silver bullet” , “automated-proven, system” methods an god forbid BUYING LEADS.
Everyone has their fearless leader. Be it Michael Hamburger, Wendy Steven’s, Tina Fields, Jeremy Miner,or some other self proclaimed Top Income Earner. Woooohoooo cross the stage, get some cool award, plaster your name on replicated sites on google, brand yourself through your co-op that your team is paying for, then tell them to try google adwords, knowing google will pound your associates at $3.00 a click, but who cares, it’s not your money and you are getting free exposure RIGHT?
