Before I begin this post on Lifepath Unlimited’s compensation plan I would like to give credit to two incredible leaders that have earned their stripes in the organization very early in the game. Roy Naim of Brooklyn New York, a vibrant young man who is destined for incredible success, and Graham Vidler whom in my eyes is the epitome of what Leadership is and what he stands for, truly a stand-up guy who understands my teachings of “consumer-centric” practice, and professionalism. Their contributions are greatly appreciated and therefore credit is given.

THE Lifepath Unlimited COMPENSATION PLAN EXPOSED

There is a good and bad side to everything, before I go into my analysis of the compensation plans I want to describe the products and cost.

Discovery $1695.00 , $1000.00 in commissions

Breakthrough $8995.00 , $5000.00 in commissions

Destiny $14995.00, $9000.00 in commissions

Commissions are Bolded Green Costs will be Bolded RED

Now I want to look at the return on investment aspect of each and every product!

(2) sales is needed to calculate ROI for this illustration, obviously the goal in any business is to get out of the RED as soon as possible.

Discovery $1695.00, $1000.00 in commissions, upon product purchase you are immediately activated to sell the product, no sales pre-requisites. SO THE ROI or return on investment for this product upon making your first (2) sales.

2 sales on a $1.000.00 commission equals $2,000.00 minus the cost your product purchase $1695.00

$2,000.00 – $1695.00 = $305.00 (*PROFIT)  ROI = 17.99%

Breakthrough LOOKS LIKE THIS

AGAIN (2) sales is needed to calculate ROI for this illustration, obviously the goal in any business is to get out of the RED as soon as possible.

Breakthrough $8995.00 , $5000.00 in commissions, upon product purchase you are immediately activated to sell the product, With a LEVEL ACTIVATING SALE pre-requisite (this means of two sales generated by you 1 will be passed up to your sponsor). SO THE ROI or return on investment for this product upon making your first (2) sales.

2 sales on a $5.000.00 commission equals $10,000.00 minus the cost your product purchase $8995.00

$10,000.00 – $8995.00 = $1005.00 (*PROFIT)  ROI = 11.17%

But this illustration gets more interesting, when you consider that one sale is actually passed up, this pre-requisite does not apply to the Discover Series

So lets re-illustrate with that principal.

2 sales are made 1 is actually lost or passed up, so your realized benefit looks like this, the benefit of one passed sale will be put in the equation within parentheses, as this is a 1 sales commission will go unrealized and not effect personal sales revenue.

$10,000.00 - ($5000.00) = $5000.00 – $8995.00 = -$3995.00

(*DEFICIT)  ROI = -44.42%

Destiny LOOKS LIKE THIS

Destiny $14995.00 , $9000.00 in commissions, upon product purchase you are immediately activated to sell the product, With a LEVEL ACTIVATING SALE pre-requisite (this means of two sales generated by you 1 will be passed up to your sponsor). 2 sales on a $9.000.00 commission equals $18,000.00 minus the cost your product purchase $14995.00

$18,000.00 – $14995.00 = $3005.00 (*PROFIT)  ROI = 20.04%

Immediate Analysis

With the current plan in place, it is easiest to say that to recoup your money and gain on the plus margin, one would have to leverage themselves on the Discover series as that platform allows you to realize the highest returns initially of 17.99%

BREAKTHROUGH AND Destiny ANALYZED

With Breakthrough and Destiny, you will expect 1 in 7 in your organization to step up, typically I would stress the 1 in 10, as that is the most modest number I can offer based on my experience in the industry. With that each individual associate has to create a front line of 14 people to benefit and this does not account for the attrition rate of about 40%, Guys lets be honest, we want our entire organization to succeed, however that will not happen, as most people brought into this business cannot afford to maintain the business or lack the intellectual competence to grow and sustain the business. So with the 40% attrition rate in effect that would mean per 14 individuals 5.6 lets round off to 6 individuals will be ineffective, thus to benefit from the higher levels a team of 24 will be needed in the first level, to provide sustainability. Again these numbers will apply and level off as you grow your business, and you will see how important the SUPPORT STRUCTURE TRULY IS

SUPPORT STRUCTURE

In my experience support is your friend, However many come to my blog because they lack the support, many call me and email me because they lack the support. But leave a comment if you feel that the reason for stepping up to Breakthrough or Dynasty should be more elemental than “GET POSITIONED BEFORE YOU PASS UP SALES” actually the compensation plan is organized in a way that everyone will suggest you step up WHY?, because the plan is built on residuals, and the main benefactor is the suggester not the suggestee , let me explain

For both Breakthrough and Destiny, Your first sale is a lost leg,

So the true business benefit does not come initially, and in fact the only business sense it makes is for your sponsoring rep if in fact they are QUALIFIED, but everyone is out to create their own leg, and the opportunity and greed is what has everyone saying GET POSITIONED, again there is no initial economic benefit, until you have grown a sizable first level organization. Building deep has always been my mantra, as building deep offers the most control of your organization, but this plan forces you to build WIDE, to reap a benefit, and though this is free enterprise and the model does make sense…..The infrastructure set in place in reference to marketing techniques, leadership techniques, and  CONTROL are not. You see if someone comes to me and says get positioned ASAP, without carefully meriting the numbers to MY BENEFIT there is a problem. If sustainability and a solid business mechanism was in place and all that joined were truly BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS, then I would agree and go for it, however these do not exist, but those Associates who implement solid business practice, real marketing techniques, and hone the skills of leadership that is more elemental than the GET POSITIONED, or join my team, then you have a WINNER.

Below is a Lifepath Unlimited Overview per the perspective of it’s newest business owner….Lets get to it

Overview

It all started out with a movie. In 2006, “The Secret” infomed the world to the existence of the “Law of Attraction“. But what it didn’t do is tell them how to apply to their daily lives so they an improve themselves. This is where LifePath Unlimited comes in. Through their 3 incredible “personal development” products, they help people improve themselves in ways they didn’t know before.

The Products

The Discovery Series is a collection of DVD and CD, from well-known authors and speakers to help inspire people to develop themselves. Taking over the course of 56 days, as well as an online series to support the dvd/cd, weekly mentoring from the creator of the product and an community of people out there also developing themselves, this product is must have for anyone who wants to grow!!
At a cost of 1,695 for the series, backed-up with a money-back guarantee.
The Breakthrough, the second product, is a 4 days inclusive for 2 at a tropical resort. What better way is there to “grow” than to interact with the very same people that want to grow as well. A great chance to meet the very same people who created “Discovery”. And how to not talk about the highlight event when people have a chance to walk on fire to show they can do what they put their mind to.

At a cost of 8,995 , for an all inclusive resort for 2, I say that’s a bargain. You get there and we take care of the rest. The final of the 3, is Destiny, a 5 day conference, all inclusive at the most exotic international location, where people can relax, reflect and re-grow. After going thruough the first two step, this is the creme of the crop, the icing of the cake to personal development.

Cost of it all 14,995. Lets go for it!!!

Not being able to be a product of the product yet but just seeing the products, I say it a very well-made investment should one decide to join. From the pricing to the actual events, all is well price range and fair. Seems like something people will enjoy and will want to come back for more. Seems like a community and a club where they hang together and welcome the newbies as well. My type of place. Create your circle but always have an open arm.

The Actual Business Part of LifePath Unlimited

The start-up cost, thats with doing it all to the fullest and joining there new back off called Life Path Pros, is about 100 dollars. After that, you are looking at 50 bucks a month from there.

They have a great compensation plan where you get the money you earn. When you buy the products (definitely suggestible) , you get the payment on the very first discovery sale that you make, which would be 1000 dollars. NO PASS UP!! Otherwise if you don’t buy it, you will have to pass up 5 sales till you become authorized. By Break Through and Destiny, we use a perpetual leverage compensation plan , this is where the money come rolling in. With the first sale, the rep passes on that sale which will be a total profit of 5,000 or 9,000 dollars. This is a much more complicated system which I am still learning but should always be using a graph either way.
In this system, a person may exit the business and enjoy the residual income that he gets coming to him.

Well, overall, I say this is a plus sign here. An afffordable products, a great system, low cost start up, a great way to make money and with right marketing system, “thinking out of the box”, (that was for you Gabriel, we are on our way to financial freedom!!!)
