The "Un"Official Lifepath Unlimited Blog
Lifepath Unlimited|Generating Leads A Comprehensive Guide
Lifepath Unlimited
YOU NEED TO READ THIS THROUGH ALL OF IT, your success in this industry depends on it PERIOD.
By the way this comprehensive guide can be used for any business opportunity. But here is more training in one post in this blog than you have gotten your whole time in any business opportunity. Ladies and gents this is what I do for a living. I market, and I market effectively. If you are looking for a SILVER BULLET, get richovernight. I suggest you keep looking. If you want to be the Lawlors or Debolts of the Tony Rush’s of the industry, well I will do my best to take a 7 year education and compress it into 1 post.
I know I may be leveling the competition, but who the hell cares. There is money to be made here.
Web 2.0 ( Better Known As YouTube)
What the masses don’t understand is that the INTERNET allows for syndication by the millisecond, and with Web 2.0 the purpose is TO CREATE BRAND RECOGNITION. Think Jenn Lawlor and Co. who officially raped YOUTUBE and other video services for syndication.
It is common practice with my clients to integrate many video sites as it allows for BROADER MARKET REACH. The list below is what I consider the most comprehensive list to date, and I promise no opportunity or marketing back office will give this to you, so check it out.
- 1) Google Video
- 2) Yahoo Video
- 3) Atom
- 4) Photo Bucket
- 5) Crackle
- 6) Veoh
- 7) You Tube
-
My Space - 9) VSocial
- 11) Vimeo
- 12) Daily Motion
- 13) Motionbox
- 14) Metacafe
- 15) AOL Video
- 16) Bolt
- 17) Blip.tv
- 18) ProsperityCast.tv
- 19) Revver
- 20) SelfCast.tv
Now that you have a compiled list of where to submit your videos. NOW YOU NEED TO CREATE THEM. I write scripts for many of you guys Dean Perrone or Grace Weis how about Jennifer Cano
These scripts are created with the task of creating a frame of reference. Yes Grace and Jennifer are both beautiful people, but its their presentation that resonates, it puts you at ease while giving you the added EYE CANDY. Dean Perrone by no means as beautiful but his message makes you GO HOLY SHIT, I JUST FOUND THE GUY I WANT TO WORK WITH. His blunt NOT MADE FOR TV approach was carefully crafted and scripted to match HIS IMAGE.
Now how do you get VIDEO VIEWS?
Where there is such thing as VIDEO OPTIMIZATION. These strategies apply to nearly all video outlets.
The youtube search engine uses three basic items to initially rank your video:
• The title of your video
• The description of your video
• The tags that you assign to your video
It can’t actually “read” what’s in the video itself so it relies on you to give it clues as to what the video is about.
That means all you really have to do to get started with your Youtube Ranking Optimization is to include your primary keyword phrase in the title, description and tags of each video.
Be sure to create unique titles, descriptions and tag sets for each video, even if they are similar in nature; doing so will create “unique” content for the other engines to find, and help you create “long tail” phrases that occur naturally in your writing.

Lead Capture Pages
Now lead capture pages, The replicated variety, you know the one Jenn Lawlor gives you, or the whichever you pick up from Lifepath Pro. Do not give you the Search Engine Optimization power needed to actually make it a go. If you are using Pay Per Click marketing, you will find that you will pay a premium per click as GOOGLE does not like replicated sites, and the higher cost to secure a keyword is Google’s way of telling YOU BACK OFF NOW, or GO BROKE. I have seen unique sites bidding .70 cents on a keyword, while a replicated site needs to pay $3.00 for the same term. If at this point I am speaking CHINESE, then it is evident that you are not prepared to MARKET.
IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO MARKET, THEN JOIN A CO-OP ……..NOT!
Co-Ops such as the infamous PLAN B PROS.
Limit your learning curve and EXPOSURE.
So the novice is thinking oh, the marketing is DONE FOR ME, I just pay for shares and I AM ALL SET. Problem here is illustrated with the following:
- You have no control of your marketing or lead flow
- You have no true analytics to see what is working what is not
- You succumb to building someone else’s brand: Think this way, if a prospect went to your replicated site. Who or what are they going to remember more of ? Plan B Pro’s ? Jenn Lawlor?? or You John/Jane Doe
By the time your expenses are paid. You have created a long term residual effect for Jenn Lawlor and Plan B Pros. Simply put. If you stop buying shares. You have NO MARKETING, and your business stops in its tracks.
Yes you hear of people making sales, but the interdependence between your business and Jenn Lawlor’s becomes a paramount issue, why ? because your success will now depend on HER, and NOT YOU…..
Blogging
Now blogs are a great way to begin syndication of information. DO NOT USE WORDPRESS.com ( as their terms and conditions suggest that you may not advertise, or submit content to solicit business) However if you secure your own hosting, and domain, you can download the WORDPRESS ENGINE, and have it installed. Hosting providers like godaddy even have a plan specifically for a wordpress blog.
BLOGS DON’T HAVE TO BE UGLY!
My blog is pretty ugly, I like the Chaos, but I have BUILT blogs to look as clean and sexy as any landing page you have ever come across. A fine example YOURPATHUNLIMITED.com
The beauty with blogs is that THE SEARCH ENGINES LOVE THEM, Just as they love my blog. ladies and gents THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE, GOOGLE loves CONTENT, and LANDING PAGES LACK THAT CONTENT cannot create a long lasting residual marketing effect.
BTW, that abundance prosperity crap, moms rags to riches, truck driver turned MASTER MARKETER. DOES NOT FLY. We are living in a society that has been corrupted BY MEN OF RESPONSIBILITY. Our economy in shambles, greed forcing 1 in 8 homes into foreclosure. READ THIS FOLLOWING STATEMENT CAREFULLY. Lifestyle mansions, BMW’s, private JETS, are not the reality of the American PUBLIC, so change your marketing angle accordingly. The American public wants to stop having a dirty dildo shoved up their ass, and a lot of these pages out there, a lot of this material….JUST SETS OFF our Built in BULL-SHIT-O-METER to the far RIGHT, and you wonder why these opportunities are called SCAMS.
EVERYONE IS A TOP INCOME EARNER YADA YADA, well I have yet to have 1 Top Income EARNER TELL ME, how the hell to do anything that I am sharing to the masses FOR FREE.
Search Engine Optimization
A Simple guide to get you started.
Create unique, accurate page titles
A title tag tells both users and search engines what the topic of a particular page is. The <title> tag
should be placed within the <head> tag of the HTML document. Ideally, you should create a unique
title for each page on your site.
Good practices for page title tags
Accurately describe the page’s content – Choose a title that effectively communicates the
topic of the page’s content.
Avoid:
- choosing a title that has no relation to the content on the page
- using default or vague titles like “Untitled” or “New Page 1″
- Create unique title tags for each page – Each of your pages should ideally have a unique
- title tag, which helps Google know how the page is distinct from the others on your site.
Avoid:
using a single title tag across all of your site’s pages or a large group of pages
Use brief, but descriptive titles – Titles can be both short and informative. If the title is too
long, Google will show only a portion of it in the search result.
Avoid:
- using extremely lengthy titles that are unhelpful to users
- stuffing unneeded keywords in your title tags
Make use of the “description” meta tag
A page’s description meta tag gives Google and other search engines a summary of what the page is
about. Whereas a page’s title may be a few words or a phrase, a page’s description meta tag might
be a sentence or two or a short paragraph. Google Webmaster Tools provides a handy content
analysis section that’ll tell you about any description meta tags that are either too short, long, or
duplicated too many times (the same information is also shown for <title> tags). Like the <title> tag,
the description meta tag is placed within the <head> tag of your HTML document.
Description meta tags are important because Google might use them as snippets for your pages.
Note that we say “might” because Google may choose to use a relevant section of your page’s visible
text if it does a good job of matching up with a user’s query. Alternatively, Google might use your site’s
description in the Open Directory Project if your site is listed there (learn how to prevent search
engines from displaying ODP data). Adding description meta tags to each of your pages is always a
good practice in case Google cannot find a good selection of text to use in the snippet.
Good practices for description meta tags
Accurately summarize the page’s content – Write a description that would both inform and
interest users if they saw your description meta tag as a snippet in a search result.
Avoid:
- writing a description meta tag that has no relation to the content on the page
- using generic descriptions like “This is a webpage” or “Page about baseball cards”
- filling the description with only keywords
- copy and pasting the entire content of the document into the description meta tag
Use unique descriptions for each page – Having a different description meta tag for each
page helps both users and Google, especially in searches where users may bring up
multiple pages on your domain (e.g. searches using the site: operator). If your site has
thousands or even millions of pages, hand-crafting description meta tags probably isn’t
feasible. In this case, you could automatically generate description meta tags based on
each page’s content.
Avoid:
- using a single description meta tag across all of your site’s pages or a large group of pages
Offer quality content and services
Creating compelling and useful content will likely influence your website more than any of the other
factors discussed here. Users know good content when they see it and will likely want to direct other
users to it. This could be through blog posts, social media services, email, forums, or other means.
Organic or word-of-mouth buzz is what helps build your site’s reputation with both users and Google,
and it rarely comes without quality content.
BACKLINKS
Over the past several years, more and more online business owners have discovered the importance of using web links as a way of boosting sales. Simply put, back links are links placed on another person’s website or blog site. The name comes from the link directing people back to a different website, i.e., your site. As an example, let us say you were looking at blogs that had a connection to the type of service your website offers. All you would need to do is provide a comment on the blog, which would include your website’s URL. With this, the blog now has a back link on their site, which allows people to click back to your site, thus helping to increase traffic and sales.
Back links are very important in getting your website noticed. Remember, the large, most powerful search engines work by ranking a website on keywords and phrases. These search engines will look at websites with lots of back links as being a place of importance, a site that knows what it is talking about, therefore making it the expert. This means that as back links are added, your website would begin to rank higher so it now becomes much easier for people to find when conducting a search.
Yes, creating and using back links takes work but ultimately, it is worth it. Best of all, the traffic that comes to your online business costs you nothing. The great thing about using back links is that you can use article directories whereby you would be allowed to add a simple resource box at the end of the article, which would include the website’s name, as well as the back link. The more articles that can be submitted to directories that have back links the more visibility the site will receive.
Back links are great in that they help to increase traffic but they also allow you the opportunity to provide readers with helpful information within the article that helps them gain confidence in your company. The key in making back links work to your advantage is to locate directories that have a high number of readers and then start posting. With thousands upon thousands of directories from which to choose, the prospects associated with back links are very exciting.
HOW DO YOU CREATE BACK LINKS ?
By now you find yourself enchanted in the world of SEO, the REQUIRED SKILL to succeed in ANY ONLINE BUSINESS.
How do you achieve that ? Forums, other blogs, comments, there are a million and one ways to do this, and that will require ANOTHER POSTING in the future.
In order to deter information overload I will conclude this post.
