Lifepath Unlimited Marketing
Some of you both veteran and new, search in ways to market, and I certainly hope that 2010 will bring forth success in your business. No matter if you are Lifepath Unlimited, Wealth Master’s International, or Polaris Media Group, the marketing system remains the same.
First focus on saturating the internet with your business, product or service. For instance WMI’s loan modification program. Loan mod, or loan modification are just beginner keywords to begin saturation.
1. Write articles. Article marketing is one of the most powerful tools on the planet today. It is amazing that not more internet marketers are using this strategy to advertise free on Google. This is a great method to get your site ranking high one search engines, and it will increase your credibility as an authority in your target market. This tied together with video and intra-linking will help you not only get exposure with content, but will allow you to use high-media, via youtube, revver, metacafe and the such.
2. Quality content in the form of blog submissions. Submitting or publishing unique content to your website or blog is a fantastic way to generate traffic your your website or blog. The search engines love blogs and blogging is a great way to advertise free on Google. This is the secret to my product offerings, I write the content for many blogs for many reps in the home based business industry. Proven system’s do not talk about this method, because since everyone is in love with fast and easy AKA failure, they forget that slow and steady win’s the race. Hard work, long-term goals, equal SUCCESS.
3. Using somewhat advanced SEO techniques can generate flooding traffic to your website or blog. This is how most dominant websites advertise free on Google. By having unique and quality content that is properly optimized you will get a first page ranking on Google. It’s that simple. Consider this blog for example, type in LIFEPATH UNLIMITED on google, yahoo or msn, and it is ranked on the first page. The key here is a marriage between content, Search Engine Optimization, back-linking, and syndication. I do this not only for myself but for my clients. Being ranked means you are in front of readers, due diligence readers, ready to buy prospects, and most importantly you are building a brand. Contempo for example is my brand, and when people call they often ask, “may I speak with contempo?” it works.
Begin to HARNESS YOUR PHONE SCRIPT
By harness, I mean know it well, so that you can eventually deviate from it and present more free flowing conversation. With my clients both in direct sales, and auto industries, I teach trigger words, tone’s, and sculpted statements, to keep the prospect engaged, in our approach we place the prospect in a box so to speak, the walls allow the prospect to ricochet, or deviate from the script, but in the end we teach you how to maintain “control” , a very important thing.
TID BIT: when calling someone and leaving a voicemail: do not go into detail. Simply say this is John Doe giving you a call, if you would please call me back at 555-555-5555, now that this does is it’s control’s the next step, you have given them a directive, not a sale’s pitch. We are naturally inquisitive beings, curious, and tend to follow naturally, so giving this directive will prompt more call backs, than the old, “Hi this is john doe, giving you a call about your recent interest in a home based business… this automatically triggers a defense as you sound like a telemarketer.
ASK FOR THE SALE
Not on the intro call obviously, but the FOLLOW UP, oh man this where everyone messes up, You honestly think people are going to buy because they LIKE YOU, you spend 45 minutes answering questions, building a connection, and never really get to the close. I teach people how to get to the decision within 10 minutes, how ? well I understand that people buy things for their reason’s and their reason’s only, we focus on questions that understands their position, their reason, ask we talked about earlier, we box the prospect in, controlling the conversation, and uncovering deep wants, deep want’s are what propels people to buy, and if you don’t believe me ask your neighbor and he will tell you why he is 50K in credit card debt. Once we find the tangible element of desire, usually a purpose or goal, we present the solution tailored to them (AKA THE SALE)
Systems
The sooner you get out the them the better, think of a system that stamped out round cookies, how could you hope for a square cookie ? Well first you would have to change the system right ? but what happens when you need, to make more round cookies or god forbid santa clause shaped ones (hey it’s still the holiday season) You need to change the system, System’s mean protocol’s, parameter’s, and are often limited. The sooner you throw it away the BETTER.
Quality Leads
You thought I was just going to give this one away right ? LOL, honestly this is my focus, the reason why I exist. Leads and Sales go hand in hand, and by god I LOVE IT. However there are many program’s out there that do nothing but well they simply do nothing.

Lifepath Unlimited Business – 2010 THIS IS YOUR YEAR

With 2010 just around the corner, we all have to regroup. In working with many Lifepath Unlimited reps with marketing and lead generation, I have found that many lack one fundamental element to success. “Belief in themselves”. Whether limited belief is warranted because the individuals lack of success, or warranted due the insecurities of not knowing what to do next, I will personally be the first to tell you that a mindset is the first step in the right direction.
Success is often mitigated by fear, and fear leads to paralysis, paralysis leads to limited or no business growth, and finally to your failure.
They say that insane is perfectly defined by “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”, Now how can result’s be different, if your internal outlook or belief is not optimized for the more positive approach ?
How do you talk to potential business partners (leads) when you have no confidence in yourself or your product ? How many have actually committed themselves to the 56 days to success program? When a lifepath unlimited associate contracts me for marketing training, support, and implementation they often ask, can I really be successful in this business. My answer is a steady SURE.
BUT
When I ask what their current marketing approach is, I quickly realize why they are failing:
1. They have joined a co-op (branding someone else)
2. They have been told to post on craigslist
3. They have been taught to shop on monster or career builder and generate leads that way
4. They are given a replicated marketing pages, that holds no weight on Search Engines (it will never get seen)
5. They buy leads (from their sponsor) or from some approved lead vender
6. They have a telephone script, that is utterly boring, lacks dynamics, and does not get the job done
7. They blast youtube with countless videos saying the same thing as the next guy is
8. They spend more hours trying to figure out what the next moron is doing with their business, instead of focusing on figuring out how they BUILD THEIR OWN.
9. Too much dedication to the duplicate-able system, They have no passion, reason, or know how, on how to build brand recognition, everyone is sheep, but no one know’s how to be the black sheep. (you stand out more if you are)
10. Their sponsor has just suddenly disappeared.
So it’s no wonder the business is stagnant, and your faith has plummeted.
BUT doing all the wrong things, makes my job in creating a success out of you MUCH easier, WHY because we do all the RIGHT THINGS
1. We create a marketing page specifically for you, No testimonials that brand the jackson’s or the miner’s, or the firestone’s. The page is exclusive to you, the leads are exclusive to you, and the brand we create is exclusive to YOU.
2. We harness the power of natural search engine listing’s, do they teach you that at carbon copy pro, wealth master’s, Polaris Media Group, or Lifepath Unlimited….. NO, and it’s not their job to.
3. Re-evaluate your phone presence. While your sponsor says stick to a script, I say fuck that lets have some fun.
4. We stay away from co-ops, and BUYING LEADS
5. We syndicate your website and brand through the internet to drive traffic, via social networking, viral campaigns, and content creation
6. We set up a google adword’s campaign, that generates leads at the fraction of WHAT YOU BUY THEM FOR, and they are exclusively yours
7. We utilize wordpress blogs such as this one to generate content, drive traffic, and build a lead database
8. We introduce you to affiliate marketing (I did this for a while) where I would offer $500 to websites that bring a visitor that turns into a sale, yeah my commission was cut in half but I had an army of webmaster’s who could not turn down $500 for bringing me traffic, MORE VOLUME IS BETTER
9. Utilize e-mail marketing, not the cheesy let me show you how to make money kind of marketing, but the kind of e-mail marketing that included video’s, joke’s, picture’s, that make people want to open and pass along to their friends, and in this email was a link to associate’s marketing page, thus increasing exposure absolutely free. People love to share funny, provocative, or heart warming stuff, so we give it to them. they give it to their friends, all while our link is getting clicked, and exposure is growing exponentially
10. Psychology of a sale my favorite element in our training with you. Do role playing with your 10 year old, and see if after the conversation they are interested in BUYING based on your script, chances are they are no interested. The script you guys use is reminiscent of adolescent conversation, e.g, on a scale of 1 to 1o how ready are you to get started , ARE YOU KIDDING ME ?
Simply looking at this list of what you are currently doing and what I teach you, it is easy to see why you are struggling and lack self belief that you can be successful in this business. It is also very easy to see why my job in creating a success out of you is simply a breeze.

Lifepath Unlimited, Christmas Eve

So it’s currently 1:31 am est time December 24th 2009, counting down the days to the new year, why am I up at this time ? maybe it’s because I am a work-a-holic, maybe it’s because I love what I do, maybe it’s because to be the best at anything requires hard work, dedication, and passion. As a marketer through many industries, from mortgage, banking, real estate, automobile, and yes home based business, I continually perfect my craft, as a web designer (think landing pages), as an adwords consultant (think lead generation with ppc) and as a sale’s coach (think about your sales script and how horrible you sound reading it through your calls) My success as a consultant and my track record in helping build successful businesses stands as testimony to effort, creativity, and an out of the box approach to business building.
Now my question to those involved in Lifepath Unlimited, Wealth Master’s International, and the newly formed Polaris Media Group is this ? Why hire a guy to do your work ? is it because you do not know where to begin ? is it because you acknowledge that success is taught, through life’s lesson’s or through the teaching of others? Is it because your sponsor never returns your calls ?or is it because you know that there is some guy named Contempo out there who take’s your business more seriously than you do?
Whatever the case maybe, the truth be told right here right now. Success waits for no one, you either pay your dues and capture it, or you simply slow down and watch it race away. Through all markets, I advise my clients that though the holiday’s are slow, it does not mean you slow down too, but rather you hit the accelerator. While everyone is enjoying the “lifestyle” you are on the throttle, running laps while the rest are at their pit stop, Gaining momentum and moving forward, So that after the holiday’s you are laps ahead of the competition.
It’s funny how in the network marketing industry, everyone want’s to do what the top dog is doing, everyone uses “make it a great day” in their signature line (God forbid anyone had, have a fucked up day, right ?), everyone who is involved in Lifepath Unlimited, or Wealth Master’s or Polaris Media Group claims they are student’s of self-help, and how the industry appealed to them, the irony in this is so many walk away from their business before they can even begin to help themselves, and the frustration stems from the individuals inability to duplicate their leader’s efforts.
I personally get frustrated when I am working with someone who say’s they have been working the business for 5 months or more, but as soon as we begin the sale’s training and coaching, I quickly realize how tuned to the proven system these people really are, everyone want’s to be Jeremy Miner, everyone want’s to be Wendy Stevens. everyone want’s to be the Firestone’s, FOR WHAT ? do you realize that personal identity is as important as corporate identity. If Apple wanted to be Microsoft, would we ever have the IPHONE ? if Burger King wanted to be McDonald’s would we ever have the WHOPPER and the BIG MAC? If Chevy wanted to be Ford would we ever have the corvette?
The point being made here is individuality, a rather vague and mis-understood notion in the home based business industry. With individuality comes uniqueness, with uniqueness comes innovation, with innovation comes a brand, and with a brand come’s recognition. You recognize the top dogs because they understand this very well. So are you a “me too me too” business person or are you a “trend-setter” a leader redefined? The caption of your ship, the master of your craft ? If so then you could understand that it is NOW 2:06 am, and I have a lot of fucking work to do, being the best in the business is never easy, but I’m dedicated to the success of myself and others. The last question here is: ARE YOU ?

Lifepath Unlimited Referral Program

I have a lot of due diligence readers who visit my blog concerning lifepath unlimited and the company and most importantly about their potential sponsor.
I am in the process of creating a FREE, yes FREE referral program for lifepath unlimited reps. Meaning I will send due diligence seekers your way for a possible sale. There are pre-requisites for this program however.
- Must be in good standing with lifepath unlimited.
- Must not be engaged in intrusive marketing such as Ibuzzpro, email spamming, or co-ops.
- Must have at least 3 people enrolled, or have been in the business over 2 months.
- Must have strong passion for customer service.
- Must have demonstrated leadership, and sense of responsibility for others.
- Must be able to demonstrate a solid plan of action (business plan) for the new recruit.
This program is absolutely free. What this program is meant to do is to stimulate the businesses of lifepath unlimited associates.
