The true definition of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) can be stated as a highly specialized process of building a successful website. We say successful because if a commercial website cannot be found in the major search engines, it is not successful, it just isn’t doing it’s job.
Before we continue on the approach of Augmented SEO I want to show you the results … to see first position first page ranking for the term Augmented Seo: You will find this very blog among over 5.5 million results
Now when we consider SEO approaches, there seems to be a piecemeal approach to building a site. Now I have spoken about the intra-linking strategy that I dubbed the “hand and fist” internal linking method. The idea behind the hand and fist method as I talk about at SEO seminars and local marketing events is simply put like this:
“Hand & Fist”: Most websites are built like a hand… Main page that links to all the sub-pages
The link structure is not powerful enough as the internal linking is totally forgotten. Many websites are built this way and put too much importance and emphasis on the “HOME” page…problem is the home page acts as a palm…with the subpages acting link fingers: The diagram shows the linking structure in a hand like fashion… But if you want to hit Google, if you want to hit Google hard, you do not SLAP them… YOU PUNCH them, thus your internal linking structure has to be solid as I will exhibit in the image below.
With this internal linking structure we link all the subpages back to the home page but not in the form of a home button on the menu bar but in the form of an anchor text link: this anchor text link will more than likely be the “keyword” you are trying to optimize for … thus I would have a link such as Wealth Masters International going back to the home page on this very blog. As you read this blog entirely you will find many instances of this happening. When you link back to your home page with anchor text from all your sub pages you are creating what shown in the diagram above… A FIST … now if you hit GOOGLE with a fist, it’s gonna have more of an impact than lets say slapping them with a loosely linked site correct ?
Now enter Augmented SEO this theory of witch I have been working on for over 2 years with incredible results, has propped many of my clients spanning industries from automotive to, life insurance to the top of page 1 on Google. Now you will ask yourself ok another theory and another guru selling some super duper easy methods to getting page one for “ANY KEYWORD”

Now let’s look at: http://www.onedollarglobeinsurance.com/ simply type in Google search Life Insurance Policy and you will see these guys ranked in the top 10 for a super ultra competitive key term…these guys are competing against the MAJOR BRANDS… right up there with METLIFE and PRUDENTIAL… how did these little no name guys get UP THERE ?

This used to work… but given the Google Panda Update they just don’t … The idea was to create a wheel of authority sites that linked to each other and then to YOUR WEBSITE… Google is able to pick up on this because incoming links from AUTHORITY site and nothing but AUTHORITY sites creates an unnatural link farm… Google can easily see when someone is trying to “PERFECT” seo with these types of links and over optimization of the “key website”
There is tons of chatter about GOOGLE and LINK WHEELS and how GOOGLE has banned sites using this linking methodology …

So I spent a better part of 2 years creating the perfect storm: Now Google suggests that Link Wheels are meant to GAME the system as opposed to providing great content for the reader ….
Hmmmmm lets think about this ….. now what if we created a linking system that comes across as natural, or replicates natural linking. Now many will argue ok let’s just build random links via profile links or forum signatures …. The problem here is that, google looks at profile links as worth nothing… and a forum that is of authority will more than likely implement the “no follow attribute” as to circumvent PAGERANK LEAKS …..
So in order to offset this … we built links in AUGMENTED FASHION… low value to high value ….. in the illustration below I show you what this looks like ….

The Range Between Quality and low quality sites Must Be Perfect Octaves: meaning you link a pagerank 1 site to a page rank 2 – If your low link is from a page rank 3 site make sure your high link is a page rank 6 site. So you create links to sites from low authority to high authority…in perfect octaves or multipliers…

Now the hard part comes from where do I find low page rank sites – Well forums, blogs, etc would be considered low authority low page ranks…The high page rank sites that sit somewhere between page rank 5 and 6 or higher are typically directories….some free, some paid for inclusion, but all definitely worth it….
Now you need to create 2 blogs – One with low quality content the other WITH YOUR BEST STUFF… again Augmented SEO is based on perfect octaves so you need to make sure you have your low end stuff and your high end stuff…
Your Low Quality Site & High Quality Site Will Reciprocate Links (exchange links) at different points
What we are doing here is creating two blogs, one designated as High Quality, the other designated as low quality…
We then pass links back and forth from the high quality site to the low quality site at different points. What I mean is … A link from high quality sites home page will go to low quality sites about page … and a Link from the low quality sites testimonials page links to the high quality sites home page… doesn’t have to be exactly this way but you get it right ?
Now here goes more work….
Basically we link from our high quality authority site to our high quality content site and the same goes for the low quality site … we link from the low quality sites to the low quality content sites…
What we are doing now is mix matching the quality site make up of both of these blogs … and creating a strong internal link structure equivalent to the HAND AND FIST method above … thus we are creating a “NET” like structure of sites we control …
Now we put this all TOGETHER

What we are doing now is passing the link structure on over to our money page… The network of links and authority value is passed to our money page in 4 perfect octaves … Does this look like lines from a musical scale ? YOU ARE RIGHT … as augmented means OCTAVE, and a low note C and a high note C are perfect octaves … GET IT NOW ? We then create many networks and link out to our money site….
If you follow the steps from diagram 1 to diagram 5 you will notice the mix of links are so intricately netted that they look natural very natural be we know they are ABSOLUTELY OPTIMIZED…
As I said you can create as many nets as needed or want, but it’s not in the form of a link wheel, more importantly the link mix is so thorough that is 1 high page rank site disappears for whatever reason … YOU STILL HAVE A SUPER STRONG NET OF LINKS , intralinked and then passing LINK VALUE at the end to YOUR MONEY SITE …
